我付出了不菲的价格入住了慕尼黑施瓦宾格宜必思酒店，所以我希望至少我能睡个好觉，得到一个安静的房间。这里的房间卫生不佳，浴室里也没有肥皂。房内的空调坏了，我向酒店反应这些问题，要求换一个房间，但是他们拒绝了，酒店的工作人员只是来到我的房间为我打开卧室的窗户，让外面的热空气进来，让自然风代替空调。工作人员的态度让我感觉他们高高在上，我在这里住得十分不愉快，最重要的是我晚上完全没睡好，我对慕尼黑施瓦宾格宜必思酒店很失望。

I sincerely apologize for the deficiencies regarding the room and the air condition that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. Sorry also to also learn that our service was less than satisfactory. I appreciate your honest critique which will be the basis for discussions within our local team - and a careful evaluation of the root of these problems. 这是标准的宜必思酒店。设施是极简主义，但干净，超值。工作人员乐于助人。房间很小，带一个胶囊浴室，就像游轮的一样。我们在其他地方住过宜必思酒店，发现它们都保持着很好的价格标准。这家酒店有些与世隔绝，但有一条连接到市中心地铁的有轨电车，工作人员将为你提供信息和地图。步行大约15分钟就能到一家小超市和一家越南咖啡馆。

房间很干净，但是是斯巴达风格的。这是一家典型的宜必思酒店——设施少，房间小，尤其是浴室小。我们的两晚住宿足够了。这家酒店不太方便。用餐区很小，就在大堂旁边。食物很好。他们没有提供很多早餐选择，但食物很好。

这是一年中的十月啤酒节，所以住宿都很贵。然而，施瓦宾的宜必思酒店还有空房，从这里乘火车可以到达市中心。宜必思酒店是按照标准模式建造的。房间的大小和整洁是足够的——你真的不需要太多。它们不是为2周的假期设计的，我想大部分人来这里都是住1到3个晚上。正如你所料，酒店餐厅的选择有限，但却出奇的好。餐厅提供的菜品都做得很好。早餐是自助餐的风格，再一次迎合了所有人的口味。所以，如果你想要价格合理的标准住宿，这家宜必思酒店将满足你的需求。

Hello.
From the airport, the best way is to get tickets for the Lufthansa airport shuttle. Goggle on "Lufhansa express bus munchen"
Also please communicate in English. Writing in Italian, to enjoy time on Octobervest in Germany, English will come in handy.
3 ways to reach this hotel,
1. By Taxi- From T-2 exit to direct hotel, it will charge between 62-65 euros.
2 By Train/Underground - Take S-Bahn S1/S6 and change U-Bahn U2/U3 to Munchen friheineits. Take Tram-23 and get down at Anni-alber-strasse.5 mins walk to Hotel(approx. 15€)
3. By Lufthansa Airport express- Take bus from T-2 exit and get down at Nordfriedhof stop and walk for 5 mins.(approx.€11)

As I travel for work every week, and sometimes stay in this hotel, this is what I'd suggest, as per first-hand experience.
Bu your tickets online for the shuttle bus from Lufthansa here
I am not able to post the link here but search for "Lufthansa express bus".
You don't have to use Lufthansa to use the bus. Anyone can use it, and it's public. You save money by buying tickets online.
You print-out the QR Code in the ticket. The driver will scan this.
Mention to the driver, that your destination is NORDFRIEDHOF stop. This is the first stop, after the bus leaves the airport stops and is on the highway.
This will take around 30-35 mins drive, and there is free wi-fi on board.
As an addition, you actually mention to the driver, you'd need a taxi, as soon as you arrive at NORDFRIEDHOF. The bus service is connected to taxi network.
As soon as you arrive at the bus station, the taxi will be waiting for you. It's around 10-drive if you have luggage. But s the Simon E suggested, it's also easy to walk.
The taxi should not cost you any more than €10.

thank you for the interest you have shown in our hotel Ibis Muenchen Parkstadt Schwabing.
To go to the city center is better and quicker if you take the Tram 23 to the station Münchner Freiheit, and there you change to the underground line 3 or 6, which are taking you direct to Marienplatz.
If you want to go to the north, for example to the Allianz Arena, then we recommend you to take the underground line 6. To get to the nearest station you have to walk around 10 minutes.
