这间酒店地段不错，坐落在海岸路上，从马贝拉开车过来大概要10分钟。沿着令人愉悦的海边小路走10分钟就可以到达巴努斯港。员工非常友好。房间还行，床很舒服，但没有免费的饮用水，没有纸巾，也没有泡茶或者咖啡用的机器。只有一个枕头，给钱才能多要！但主要的问题是这儿太吵了，尤其是在晚上，酒店外面有人坐着喝酒，非常吵闹，凌晨12:45还在大喊大叫。我们入住的时候还要求了一间安静的房间！大概得要一间远离泳池和酒吧区的房间才行。早餐不错，很多选择。总体而言令人失望。

Dear Guest, Firstly we thank you for reaching out to us on Tripadvisor to share your concerns related to your recent holiday with us at IBEROSTAR Marbella Coral Beach and apologize that you felt your experience did not completely meet your expectations. Your feedback is really important to us and we will be making sure your remarks are bought to the attention of the appropriate management so they can discuss your comments about the areas you highlight in your review. Thank you for you feedback regarding the lack of comfort items in your room. We will certainly relay your comments directly to the management responsible for serious consideration. We also apologize for not having met your expectations in providing tea and coffee making facilities. This is not standard practice in all European hotels to provide these facilities in all rooms however we do offer our guests the option to hire them should they wish. We want you to know that we do empathize with you and appreciate your preference for more tranquil accommodation, as clearly the basic requirement of any good hotel is to provide their guests with the opportunity to get a good night sleep. However, it is also our goal to provide all our guests a splendid holiday experience and we try our best to do so with a well-organized distribution of facilities and time tables to ensure that our guests with the desire to relax are able to do so. It is unavoidable to have guests who choose to venture elsewhere of an evening, return to our hotel late at night and unfortunately not all guests are as equally respectful of others with regards to noise and for this we apologize. We are on the other hand very happy that the culinary efforts of our professional chefs were able to satisfy you and that you thought the breakfasts during you stay were to your liking. The quality of our food and drinks offer for our guests is of major importance to us all at IBEROSTAR so comments like yours that confirm we have achieved our goal in this area is always great to receive. Thank you for your very nice compliments for our team of staff here, they do work very hard every day to make sure our guests feel well attended to at all times and definitely are an asset to our hotel. We will certainly relay your praising comments to all of them and we are sure they will be pleased to know their efforts have been appreciated. And finally, we thank you for pointing out our hotels great location, which is also one of the many reasons guests choose to return to our hotel regularly being so close to the beach and for taking a leisurely stroll along the promenade in to Puerto Banus. Once again we thank you for making the effort to write and share this review of our hotel, we hope you had a nice journey home and that you will continue to include IBEROSTAR in your future holiday arrangements. 我们在2016六月在这里住了五天，这无疑是我们在西班牙住过的最好的酒店！工作人员非常棒，提供了非常多的帮助，早餐是难以置信的，我们的晚餐同样也是。房间宽敞，非常舒适，我们住在一个初级套房，这真的是值得额外的费用升级。我还建议在每天做的Sea Soul上支付额外的10欧元买一个太阳椅。总体而言，一个极好的酒店，我们已经预订了这家酒店在2017五月再去那里-迫不及待！，

我们在这里住了5天，度过了我的生日和一个完美的假期。有些人会说位置不太好，但是对我们来说， 身处波多黎各巴尼奥斯和老马贝拉中间的位置很完美。15/20分钟步行。旅馆很漂亮，很有安达卢西亚特色。每一处都无可挑剔。房间很=清新。泳池很好，只是有些冷。工作人员非常友好。我们自己做饭。作为HB或者AI的旅馆，这里太安静了。一定要去前面的海魂，哪里有我们吃过的最好的肉桂和香槟。我们推荐这家旅馆，性价比很高。

我们在9月呆了5天，房间非常宽敞,非常漂亮,露台也很完美。每天早上都吃着喜欢的早餐，种类很多，员工也很热情。每一天我们都可以从酒店走去波多黎各巴努斯。我们在那里的时候，在一天当中游泳池很拥挤。

Lovely hotel but staff are incompetent, check in was a nightmare then they demanded I paid for my drink twice even though I was showing them it had come out of my bank
Yes and no - you can select to go all inclusive. But I believe that children are allowed hope this helps
We’ve just done it and it was around €85 per person, per day if I remember correctly.
Yes the USB worked in our room. We had a superior suite and the coffee pods were included and replenished daily. The Prosecco however is not included so don’t drink that. 🤣
Yes it is and they have rooms for wheelchair users too
