我们选择这家酒店是因为它离西班牙巴塞罗那的邮轮港口很近，我们惊喜地发现它干净、舒适，非常适合我们2天的短暂留宿。工作人员很友好，随时可以回答我们的问题。他们有存放行李的储物柜，可以在您等候房间或乘车去机场等时存放行李。它位于一个超棒的地区，市场上有在卖纪念品和新鲜海鲜以及水果。公共汽车都是步行距离内就能到达的，花费非常值得。此外，毕加索博物馆与美味的餐厅、当地商店和酒吧也相距不远。巴塞罗那是一个美丽的城市，有许多奇妙的建筑，我们希望能很快再来。

首先非常感谢你们免费升级，工作人员总是特别友好，特别乐于助人，房间很大很整洁很不错，我们的房间每天都会被打扫，他们都是特别棒的清洁工，早餐也很好吃。地理位置相对其他任何地方来说都位于中心地带，一定会再次入住的，谢谢你们的全体员工，希望你们可以继续保持下去👍

这家酒店的位置很优越便利，工作人员也很友好，我们晚上到达酒店的时候，他们发现我们的房间里只有一个小窗户，看不到外面的任何景色，不过我们觉得这没有关系，但是另外的不足之处就是这个房间外面只能看到酒店的服务间，每当清晨来临时，我们会完全不知道外面是在下雨还是晴天，所以我没有看上这个房间（206号房），我们要求前台为我们安排搬到另一个房间，前台满足了我们的要求，给我们换了一个更好的房间，虽然看不到干河（在西班牙用作道路的干涸河床）的风景，但仍然非常漂亮而且很宽敞，里面有一扇漂亮的窗户和一个小阳台，可以远远地欣赏到巴塞罗纳美丽的风景。多亏了这个工作人员，我感觉好多了，非常感谢他的帮助！

We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the first room you checked-in, but we are happy to know that we were able to offer you witha solution. As you may know, due to the nature of our building, our rooms vary in size and shape and for this reason we offer different room categories. Unfortunately we have no complaints or comments from you about this matter during your stay, which made it impossible for us to find a solution. Hello, good afternoon. Thank you very much for contacting us. We regret to inform you that we do not have laundry service, however there are many laundromats nearby. You can ask for information at reception and they will explain the nearby options. Kind regards
