Dear carlosluisflorida, I would like to thank you for our suggestions and for show us the area you consider we have to improve. Although our Reception team is a very valuated department for our guest, of course I have send your comments to our Reception team so we can keep include measures. Please do not hesitate that we have a Guest Experience Department to assist our guest. We also have included in our measure floor some routs with different things to do in Madrid. 房间大小简直像个笑话，在房间里都转不开身。只能贴着床边走到衣橱。还有一个小圆桌，但是太矮了，不能在上面工作。房间里没有迷你冰吧。

Dear Nilandri M, As we expressed by mail, we are very sorry to know you were not comfortable in the Standard Room booked. Our hotel has different sizes and atributes depending on their size. Nowadays, we do not have minibar service in our Standard rooms. Nonetheless, listening our guest suggestions we have settled some minibar service in our Superior Rooms. With the main intention to share this information with our guest, we have included the complete room description and photographs about our different type of rooms and their attributes, so our clients can decide the kind of room witch match with their preferences. If you decide to give us a second chance, I would like to recommend our Superior Rooms cause according with your commentaries we are sure they fit with your preferences; they have a 1.80m bed, free soft drinks minibar, kettle with tea and coffee service, bathrobe and professional hair dresser besides their bigger size and their wonderful Gran Vía views. In any case, we have a special fridge at the reception for our guest. Our reception team will be glad to keep any medicine or special product you need. We also have an area where you can meet, relax and have a drink. Our Mezzanine floor is provided with some snacks and drinks machines. From our Hotel we believe in the constant improvement and do not hesitate that every single comment has been carefully analyzed, following our continuous improvement plan. Your feedback will help us to improve so we can get the complete satisfaction of all our guests. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience you can have during your stay. You deserve the very best, and we are looking forward to have the opportunity to change your impression about our hotel. 酒店位置优越，去博物馆，餐厅和酒吧，购物都很方便。家庭房很漂亮干净，实际上比我们预期的要大很多，足够我们和两个大男孩住了。

房间舒适，但我拥有不愉快的体验，半夜我在睡觉时有人走进我的房间。工作人员不发表任何评论。所以如果你入住这里的房间，一定要把你的东西锁起来 - 显然工作人员喜欢查看外出参加派对的人们的房间。

Dear Tour57184968540, Thank you for reporting us your experience. I must to confess that we are huge surprised about your words. Our staff does not enter under no circumstances to any room in the middle of the night, specially without any guest permission. Although we have initiated an investigation, we do not have any comment from any guest in our hotel. We would be very pleased if you provide us much information, to know if this incident has happened and if it happened in our establishment. 7 on weekdays and 8 on weekends
No te se decir yo fuí en ave hasta Madrid y después en metro. Yo llamaría al hotel y sino se puede deja el coche fuera de la zona de Madrid Central y el metro tiene una parada a 10 metros de la puerta del hotel
