Dear guest, we are sorry if our staff seemed to be unhelpful; normally our structure is well know for the kindness of our staff. Regarding the reservation, if you had not worn us about the wrong date booked, we could not help you to find a solution. Of course, if you didn't worn us about the mistake, the check-in date still remains the same ( the wrong one in this case).
