我们到达的时候，工作人员很不友好，若无其事的样子，一点都不热情。晚上我们要求送餐，前台一直不接电话，还假装定不了餐。最后我们找到了很多，并自己订了餐。早餐也很差，假的新鲜水果加上罐头水果，选择也很少。套房里的床太多了，睡得也不舒服。浴室的地板上全是石灰，唯一的好的就是风景还不错，还有健身房。早上工作人员也很冷漠。对这里很失望，不推荐来，这个价格的4星级酒店，还有很多更好的选择。

Dear Avelaem, I would like to thank you for choosing NH Collection Piazza Carlina during your stay in Torino and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We highly value your comments for process of continuous improvement and as a base for making our guests stay more enjoyable every time. At the same time I would like to point out some aspects of your experience, so as to make the readers of the portal understand the efforts of the team to satisfy your requests. You arrived at the hotel at 10.30PM on the 16th of August, requesting a restaurant in the city open at that time. With pleasure we wish to satisfy all the requests of our Guests, but the city of Turin, due to the festivities of August, saw most of the restaurants closed for holidays. The few restaurants open, closes the kitchen at 10PM during the low season. When we proposed you to have dinner at our restaurant, open until 11PM, you did not accept this kind proposal. I am sorry that you could not appreciate our Breakfast AntiOx, which represents one of our strongest pillars in the services offered. Our offer includes: a wide selection of croissants for all tastes, homemade cakes, fresh seasonal fruit cuts, fruit juices and juices, a selection of yoghurts of different tastes or the exceptional offer of toppings for white yogurt, where our Guests can personalize through the addition of seeds, goji berries, dehydrated and fresh fruit, chocolate and cereals of every taste, homemade pancakes and a large part of a savory buffet with eggs, bacon, beans, cheeses, sausages, salmon and salads. This is to inform you that our rooms are provided with brand new mattess queen and king size, very thick, they are studied to fulfill the best rest possible, with even 3 different types of pillows differing from sizes and softness, I'm sorry you didn't appreciated our sleep quality. Our bathrooms are decorated with handmade artistic tiles called “Cementine”. The signs that you saw on the floor is not limescale, but, being the "Cementina" very delicate, it is slightly corroded by the cleaning products that are used daily to guarantee hygiene. Periodically we proceed with special varnishing on floors. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience this situation may have caused you. At the Hotel Nh Collection Piazza Carlina our aim is to exceed the expectations of our guests, and we deeply regret when we do not fully achieve this especially concerning Staff attitude, normally our friendly welcome is appreciated and often cited in the reviews. 这家酒店位于许多景点之间，步行参观很方便。它很漂亮，房间也很现代化。它有一个屋顶露台，在那里你可以一边喝酒一边欣赏城市的美景。房间很大，有一张非常舒适的床和枕头。那里有一张便利的书桌。浴室的设施很好。接待人员非常友好，乐于助人。在吃早餐的院子露台的工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。早餐有很多种选择，他们也可以按照你喜欢的方式为你做鸡蛋。我唯一想提到的一点问题是，尽管空调的温度被设定到了19度，但屋子里还是有些热。而且我还发现wifi信号总是断断续续。

这家酒店的位置很棒，去都灵非常的方便。从阳台向外看，我能够看到安托内利尖塔，酒店的房间很大很干净，服务员也很热情友好，我觉得这里的日常服务都不错。

这里的接待人员非常有礼貌而且工作效率非常高。公共房间和个人房间都很整洁。这是一家美丽又有趣的酒店，就在市中心的位置。吃早餐时遇到的服务员友善而且很能干，酒保也是如此。更小的方面？这里的电视机是没有儿童锁的，但有英语频道；房间里有个保险箱，你能够在锁它的时候检查你之前设置的密码；有不同颜色的毛巾，有的是没有叠起来的有的是用过之后折叠起来的（这样的话你就能知道哪条是你的哪条是你的伴侣的了）。关于这家酒店的情况大概也就这样了。

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing NH Collection Piazza Carlina, on behalf of myself and the whole Staff, we are very happy that you lived a good experience with us. The central location where the hotel is located is definitely one of our strong point, as it allows to our guests to have everything within walking distance: Mole Antonelliana and Egyptian Musem for example. We are happy to read your appreciation about Courteous and efficient reception staff: love being always available and ready to meet all the needs of our Guests! Our 160 rooms are provided by modern safes, TV with foreign channels, three pillows differing from size, coffee station and kettle. We hope there will be soon another chance to welcoming you again and we assure we will surprise you even more with a new NH Collection Experience! Arrivederci Velia Borreca General Manager

我可以肯定的说我是NH Collection酒店的粉丝，无论何时这总是我的住宿选择。出差到Turin是最近的一次！我很享受在NH Collection Piazza Carlina的美妙住宿体验。这是一个位于市中心的优雅的酒店，非常靠近高速火车站，步行范围内有一切！酒店本身非常特别，无论是在卧室还是公共区都有精致的装饰。服务真的是高标准，酒店餐厅的食物是真正的美食体验！谢谢Carola在我住宿期间提供的极大帮助，绝对会再次光临的！
