Your destination for your cruise departure will be Ravenna. is a good distance from Venice (like a couple of hours). That is a location you will reach by getting on a bus in the Venice Tronchetto location. By the way, it is really, really close to the hotel.
What we did when we left the AC Hotel for our cruise, was to ask the desk to order a taxi service for us. The price was so reasonable and it was s delight to have someone load our luggage for us.
When you get there to the Tronchetto, your cruise company should have busses clearly marked to make it a breeze to get on the bus.
Since Venice stopped allowing cruise ships in the area, we all need to go through a few extra hoops before beginning our cruises.
Our cruise line was Seabourne but we did see other cruise line busses in the area.
Call directly to Celebrity and get all the info you can as to exactly where you should meet the bus. Call twice, Even three times as some agents are better than others with info.
For us, our bus loading area was the big glass terminal with the bus parking area out front (we think it is terminal #3).
Anyway, AC Hotels desk agents are great. They will make sure you have a taxi ready when you need it.
Might you consider taking a taxi? I assume you will have luggage and don't necessarily want to drag it around on the train. The distance isn't all that great. That would be my preference anyway. We used a private transport service and it was worth every penny.
The AC hotel is just about next door to the train station so you may want to include that option, too.
