酒店是一个很棒的小天堂。房间宽敞而现代化。泳池区配有许多日光躺椅，非常棒。晚上餐厅的食物不是很好，菜单很有限。但是早餐很棒。会推荐。

酒店外面的建筑很难看，酒店前面的停车场堆满了垃圾。这家旅馆本身很不错，早餐非常棒，早餐时值班的工作人员非常有礼貌，工作很有效率。

Dear Guest, I would like to personally thank you, for the trust given to our hotel, NH Palermo, by choosing us for your stay in Palermo. With regards to your comments, we have read them carefully and would like to inform you that all the feedback given is the most reliable method of monitoring the service we offer and to improve the issues that need to be developed in order to achieve our guest’s satisfaction and to provide an extraordinary service. This comments will be highly valued for next actions to be implemented. Please receive our most sincere apologies for not having been able to cover your expectations. We are also very disappointed for the inconvenient for the garbage out of the hotel, we have called and send mail to the municipality for clean all the area, unfortunately the have cleaned the street after the 14 july (Festino di Santa Rosalia) but not the garden that is another company, we can tell you only apologize and Sorry Sorry Sorry... 我喜欢我用的那个游泳池。我希望游泳池能够迟一点开放。工作人员很好也很乐于助人。早餐很好。附近有餐馆。大多数员工讲英语。我在那里的时候他们正在装修，所以下次再来的时候可能会更好。

房间和设备都非常陈旧，灯不是很亮，晚上房间很暗。两张小床拼成一张特大床。空调被控制了，甚至当温度高于27摄氏度时也不能使用。

星期二住了一晚。前台员工态度很好，乐于助人，很快就为我办理了入住手续。房间很大（在角落的单元）而且很干净——无可挑剔。酒店停车位很充裕，酒店边上似乎没有什么咖啡店和饭店，步行五到十分钟的距离有几家店。酒店视野很好，是水景或者湾景的。从各方面考虑，性价比很高。
