这是一家经典的古老意大利酒店，可以追溯到上世纪初，可以欣赏埃特纳火山和纳克索斯湾的美景。从步行街穿过市中心仅需几分钟的路程，位置非常方便。我们住的房间很舒适，一张双人床，可以充分享受优越地理位置提供的美景。我们发现所有工作人员都很友好，接待人员特别乐于助人。如果通过网站预订，我建议你避免从机场乘坐出租车，直接联系酒店接待处以获得更好的交通方式。

这家酒店不能算四星级，三星最多了。停车不像网上预订时说的那样“有所限制”，它根本不！存！在！泳池是碧绿的，根本不能使用！酒店更重视团队客户，而不是我们这种散客。我们在他们的官网预订了海景房，但只能在一个边窗上看到一丢丢的海岸线。

Dear guest, we regret not having met your expectations, for what concerns the car park, we suppose that you are referring to the street in front of the Hotel , that street is a public street and unfortunately we are not able to forbid to the other people to park. However, we are still waiting from the municipality of Taormina to forbid the parking in all the Via Toselli. In any case we have a limited car park with car valet service (at the cost of 10 € per day) subject to availability, but we didn’t know that you wanted to park your car in it, and there is also the public toll car park of Porta Catania, just 100 meters from the Hotel. Due to our season, we open our pool during the Months of May, and we would like to point out to you that during your stay the pool was empty for routine maintenance for the reopening, also please note that the Agency through which you have booked has all the information regarding the closing / opening of the pool. Finally,regarding your category of room booked a sea view, we give the right category on the top floor. Best Regards Excelsior Palace Taormina Staff

和一帮朋友在这家酒店住了3晚，服务棒极了。精致的花园值得一逛，远眺埃特纳火山美不胜收。去酒吧坐坐吧，那里的酒保慷慨极了。

Transfer was included in our package (EasyJet holidays) but I am sure the hotel can arrange. The hotel does not lay on a shuttle to the beach but you can access hai the cable car (20 minutes walk) or taxi. To be honest, the pool is such an amazing location that the rather average beach may not be such a draw.
