我们在耶稣受难日住在这里,因为第二天早上有一个航班。这家酒店很干净:房间的大小都很合适。提供瓶装水。房间里没有茶和咖啡。早餐很好。这里有免费的班车服务,但是要注意,如果你需要早点到机场,班车还没运行,而且凌晨4点没有能送你到机场的首班车,所以你必须打出租车,因为步行太远了。这让我很失望,当公共汽车不在运行时间时,我以为班车会运行。

Please note that we are currently in the process of upgrading a number of our rooms that will include extra amenities, such as tea and coffee making facilities. In regards to our pick-up shuttle service; the service is provided upon request and it is subject to availability. It runs daily from 06.00 am to 10.00 pm. Our staff is always happy to assist you in finding the best way to get to your destination from our Hotel. 入住酒店期间还包含一顿晚餐。本来应该在晚上8点上菜的,但我们不得不等了30分钟。这是我吃过的最糟糕的一顿饭。意大利宽面条煮得太熟了,成了一大坨,蔬菜也都做的认不出来了。酒店怎么可能到了一个如此低的标准呢?

Dear Fjellkvein, We would like to thank you for taking the time to place your comment on TripAdvisor. We will not try to make any excuses as we -likewise- were not happy with the service that you and the rest of the stranded flight passengers received on the night your flight was cancelled. Please allow us to state to you the following facts as these could ease up some of your frustration. First and foremost, our restaurant opened on the 1st March its doors. Our team is new and although it is not our intention to use this as an excuse, you can surely understand what “new born” problems can arise. However the most important is to let you understand what occurs when a flight is cancelled and guests need to be accommodated, including meal served in our Hotel. The procedure varies from airline to airline. In your case, your flight was cancelled. From the minute we receive the information from the airline (number of passengers we need to accommodate / service), an internal procedure commences. Depending on the number of passengers we are requested to serve, the task of preparing a meal follows. Despite how well trained and experienced our team is, we always try our best. However, we cannot always satisfy all of our guests. Moreover, and despite that there is an agreement with the airline in regards to the time arrival of the passengers in the hotel and the time the meal is served, not all guests arrive on time, whereas others demand to have their meal earlier as planned/ agreed and others much later. In your case the food was delayed, and we do apologise for this. As mentioned above, we are not trying to make any excuses. We appreciate your comment, and your constructive criticism. Be assure we will go through our “emergency” procedures and I can guarantee that this will not be repeated. I also hope you will never be faced again with a cancelled flight. Since the opening of our new restaurant (Hangar 9) we had only positive comments from our hotel guests. Therefore I would really like to invite you for a meal, the next time you are in Basel. 不错的机场酒店,有免费班车可以到机场,就在酒店外面搭乘,是瑞士标准的守时。房间都很大很舒服,员工在你到达时会友好地问候。房间的照片如下。

我们入住了巴塞尔酒店。我遇到了前台的一位员工,他名字叫Sumukha。他很傲慢,这样的人不应该在服务业工作。在付款的时候,他没有把卡插好,开始责怪我们卡坏了。我们请他再试一次,他开始不礼貌了。我们问他是否有可能延长逗留时间,但他直接拒绝了我们,并告知必须在两天内退房。在要求他改变态度后,他反而推卸了责任,说不会再继续这个对话了。除此之外,酒店很好,很干净,其他的员工都很乐于助人,很友好。地理位置优越,靠近巴塞尔市中心。
