这里的房间和视野都很好。地理位置很好。我们有一间面向湖的套房,房间里有4个人。房间太宽敞了。成年青年把它叫做舞厅。他们现在被宠坏了。无论我们在酒店场所的哪里吃饭,食物都很美味。我们也很喜欢游泳池。

从入住到退房,全国大饭店( Grand Hotel National )的员工让我们感觉入住非常愉快。我们本来预订的是豪华湖景房,当前台的员工领我们步入房间时,我们被告之已经为我们升级了普通套房。对于这间套房,我只能说:哇,太棒了!房间里摆好了手写的欢迎信,也有欢迎鸡尾酒和水果。房间很棒,里面有胶囊咖啡机,空调,壁橱空间也很大,也有两处阳台休闲座椅。酒店位于卢塞恩的中心位置。下次来卢塞恩,我绝对还是住这家酒店。

这家酒店很漂亮,房间宽敞,地理位置优越。食物尚且合适,不是那么好。自助早餐,虽然在一个美丽的房间,但是太不令人满意了。工作人员不友好,不提供任何帮助。如果来卢塞恩,我会选择另一家旅馆。

一个还不错的酒店但那些内部经营酒店的人应该感到羞愧。不要相信这家旅馆,我们完全被他们骗了。他们骗走了我们200多美元,在我们假期里留下了很糟糕的一笔。不建议大家入住!

It is important to us, that our guest benefit from the best quality while enjoying the historic atmosphere of our rooms in the Empire style. Regarding your claim supposing that we have charged you with an amount of CHF 200.00 not to be justified we would be very grateful if you could contact us at rooms@grandhotel-national.com in order to learn what might have happened and in order to clarify the situation or any possible misunderstanding. Especially as we are not aware of any such incident during your stay.
