说实话，写这篇酒店评论其实没有必要，因为这家酒店九月份就会被拆掉，也确实应该被拆掉。考虑到酒店的房间、布局以及设施，酒店真的只是三星级的。这里的床恐怕是我睡过的最不舒服的床，还不如睡在铺有软席梦思的折叠床上。这家酒店最大的优点是这里的员工和风景。从酒店到市中心乘出租车大概要15分钟，需要25法郎。酒店提供机场巴士服务，但是时间安排不是很方便。我是坐酒店旁的缆车然后换乘有轨电车去的，既便宜又省时。

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your recent stay at the Dolder Waldhaus and for sharing with us your valuable feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the view from your room. We also see the location of the Dolder Waldhaus as one of our highlights. It is a privilege to have such a good view from our hotel. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed and recognized the service which is provided by our staff. We are disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations regarding the standard of our rooms and the bed. It is our goal to continuously improve the quality and the service. Therefore we will keep your input in mind planning the new Dolder Waldhaus. The present building does not meet current operational or energy requirements. The services and technical equipment are well maintained, but mostly date back to the origin of the building. Therefore the current Dolder Waldhaus will be replaced beginning earliest autumn 2016. Hoping that this experience has not permanently marred your opinion about the Dolder Waldhaus we are looking forward to welcome you back in the near future. 到达这里的时候有点晚，但受到这里的员工的友好欢迎。酒店房间预期的大很多，还有一个不错的大阳台可以俯瞰这个城市和那湖景。浴室有点旧但很干净，最满意的是还有暖气。房间还摆着一些新鲜水果，而且非常好吃。这里还有一个免费停车场，那里还有保安人员看守。因为有事预先早走，所以没吃到这里的早餐。

酒店虽然有些过时，但还是不错的。房间干净舒适，一点也不冷。CHF18的早餐有点贵，但是房间内有小厨房，适合商务出行或者家庭出行的人来。乘登山电车上来，快而有趣，小孩特别喜欢。

多尔德瓦尔德豪斯酒店是一个相当古老的酒店。我想说的是它很干净，恰当。房间一点也不舒适，还很冷。我不喜欢白色，空荡荡的墙壁和旧家具。从阳台看到的苏黎世风景很美丽。非常友好的工作人员。早餐还好，不过对于你所吃到的东西来说太贵了。

酒店里能看到城市优美的风景，但是这就是唯一的优点了。当我们到达酒店的时候，几位同事就评论说，这家酒店让他们想起了古老的东欧酒店。酒店的内部和外部都有明显的老化迹象。服务普遍较差。酒店里没有空调，也没有通风系统。当我们住在那里的时候，温度超过30度，通风不足就意味着我们中间很多人无法入睡。前台向我们承诺会有电风扇，但是几个小时之后，我们提醒前台的时候，他们又说他们没有电风扇。

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your recent stay at the Dolder Waldhaus and for sharing with us your feedback. You are right the view from our balconies is a privilege. We also see the location of the Dolder Waldhaus as one of our highlights. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have suffered regarding the fan respectively the portable air condition which was not provided. But we wish to mention that we had extraordinarily weather conditions during your stay. The origin of the building is 1975 and does not longer meet current operational or energy requirements. The services and technical equipment are well maintained. Therefore the current Dolder Waldhaus will be replaced beginning earliest in September 2016 and an efficient air condition system will be also installed. We continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and your feedback will help us to improve our services. Hoping that this experience has not permanently marred your opinion about the Dolder Waldhaus we are looking forward to welcoming you back again soon. Thomas Schmid Resident Manager
