They don't have anywhere to keep luggage unfortunately but they were kind enough for us to leave ours behind the bar because we had a late check out and we had booked the taxi to the airport through them. Iam not sure about what floors have what rooms but we had an 8 person room on the second floor. Stairs are very steep and don't have lifts
