酒店地理位置很好, 旁边是车站, 到旧城区非常近, 旁边有一个公共停车场, 停车场有通道直达酒店, 酒店房也很大, 早餐不错, 很多选择

就在布鲁塞尔火车站对面，地理上十分方便。

地点方便，楼下有家乐福超市，房间舒适，员工友善，退房时我的行李箱坏了，员工尽力帮助修理，见到我有很多行李，也帮忙叫的士。

我们是从布鲁日过来的。从中央火车站可以轻松找到这里。入住很顺利，我们住的是顶楼俯瞰火车站的大房间。唯一的缺点是窗户太高了，我得站起来踮着脚才能往外看。酒店位置很不错，走去景点都很近。作为钻石会员，我们可以去行政酒廊。这是我们住的第一家冰箱里全天都供应啤酒的希尔顿酒店。在晚上的一段很短的时间内还会提供烈酒和小吃。我们遇到的唯一问题发生在退房时，当我查询邮箱中的收据时，我发现酒店的酒吧向我们的房间随机收取了2笔费用。我们都没去过那里。我给前台打了电话，他说他们会调查的。离开酒店后，我又停下来确认是否不会再问我收费了，他们告诉我这个问题已经在处理了。如果他们能主动告诉我的话会好很多。对我们来说在布鲁塞尔住2晚有点太多了，1晚就行了，但如果我们再回去，我会毫不犹豫地再住在这里。

We don't have a private parking however there is a big public parking next to our hotel, it is called parking Grand Place.

Union Pay Creditcards are not widely accepted in Europe, they typically are seen as Debit Cards. Payment should not be an issue, deposits might be an an issue. -There are better hotels in Brussels though than the Renaissance.
Text them on facebook. When I'm staying in Hiltons I always asked them for an email address over there, and always text me back.
No, regarding covid there are no requirements to be met anymore. Chill and enjoy your stay!
