We do not recommend to keep food in our rooms' mini bars for two reasons: 1 - it is filled with free snacks for our guests; 2 - the equipment does not have enough power to reach the temperatures needed to refrigerate that kind of food safely. Anyway, you can ask on our restaurant at the 5th floor if we can keep it for you. Thank you!

Really easy to get off the plane, onto the underground (one change) and a 5 minute walk after Metro to hotel. Tickets and routes easy. Clean etc.

I am not sure about the laundry at the hotel, but the staff is so helpful that all you need to do is ask them when you arrive and they will find a solution if they can't do it themselves.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. The building has one street passing at the front and other at the back. The difference between these two streets is about two floors. The reception is faced front, as usual, and is located in the 2nd floor. The street in the back is leveled with our 0 floor. There are rooms between the 0 and the 4th floor. The rooftop is on the 5th and last floor. We have 2 elevators for our guests, fully working.
