O hotel cobra alguma taxa para receber pacotes e encomendas (Amazon es)? Obrigado

Não cobra nada desde que vc esteja hospedado. Se a entrega for antes da sua chegada ao hotel acredito que se vc acertar com o pessoal da reserva ou recepção não terá problema.

Is the hotel near the Yellow Hop on/Hop Off bus route?

Hello, Yes there’s a stop in Restauradores Square at 100m from the hotel. Best regards

Where is the closest Tram

As others have said, the Metro is in a square just outside the hotel. You can catch the "Historic" tram there as well , but there are often long queues We were advised to get a taxi to the terminus of the historic tram and board it from there, which we did with only a very short queue. The normal tram has stops also in the main square just outside the hotel. This is one of the many advantages of the hotel - namely its position near to most things.
