Dear Miyeong Park, Thank you for choosing our Hotel for your stay in Lisbon and for sharing your experience. We are glad that you have enjoyed the work of our employees, they are “the face” of our property. Our staff tries to provide the best experience to our guests, and we are pleased that we have managed to do so during your stay. However, we’re surprised with your comments about our breakfast. Since our opening, we’ve tried to have a breakfast buffet with a lot of variety, always focusing on the quality of the products we chose. In fact, we have just hired a new chef that just improved our breakfast buffet, adding some new products, and also a “healthy corner” with fresh yogurt, seeds, nuts and fruits. Our breakfast starts at 07:00, so the food is prepared every morning and placed in our buffet only around 06:30, to maintain the freshness of the products. Sometimes, when we have groups departing very early in the morning, we prepare a smaller buffet with fruits, bread and pastry and that’s probably why you saw the breakfast outside at 3 AM. These products were there to be consumed at that moment and not for the regular breakfast that is available in the morning. Be assured that this is not a standard procedure, but an exception to the rule. 如果你打算在里斯本呆几天，并且想住一个舒适的地方——那就是这里!酒店的人很棒。这个街区的餐馆都很好吃。在这里你可以步行去任何地方。要知道酒店是位于步行街的中间，坐公交车到街区的一半就要下车，走半条街就可以到酒店。工作人员非常乐于助人，非常友好地帮助我们指路，还给我们提供晚餐建议等等。房间也很漂亮。

一个很棒的发现

这是一家很棒的酒店，非常的干净，就在景点的正中心，这里的工作人员非常的友好而且很有帮助。更重要的是，酒店每天都会提供一小瓶波特酒和奶昔馅饼（或者你也可以选择巧克力香槟）。酒店附近有很多餐馆，步行大约5分钟就能到火车站。我们住得很开心，推荐给所有在里斯本或者附近旅行的人。

Can I check out late? Order the room on the last day until seven in the evening? What is the price ? Thank you

Dear Irisbareli, Thank you for your contact. Late check-outs are subject to availability on the check-out day and the price will depend on the daily rate. Late check-outs at 19:00 are always charged a full daily rate because the room will not be sold anymore after that. However, be advised that we can't guarantee that we will have a room available for that in advance. The only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book one extra night.
