优质的酒店，我一直以来的最好的AI，在主餐厅区域的食物非常好，有很好的肉类、鱼、意大利面等可以选择。午餐时间直到晚餐小吃都由池畔酒吧提供服务，隔壁的体育酒吧提供品牌饮料和鸡尾酒，并有我在我的旅途中遇到的最好的酒吧工作人员，佩德罗是非常好的，不需要长时间的等待，因为酒吧的工作人员都很努力地在工作，并把你需要的饮料带到你的日光浴浴床。我们在429室，这有游泳池和海景，房间非常干净整洁。沿着游泳池坡道和1楼有很多适合散步的通道，从接待处6楼可以乘坐巴士离开。

我们刚度假回来，度过的很开心，几乎找不到这家酒店的缺点。这儿的房间都很好，员工服务很好，效率很高，我们点了茶具送到房间，很快就送达了。食物种类很多，味道很棒，而且这儿酒的品牌不止包括当地产的，几乎包括了所有。酒店很优秀，很难挑出缺点，服务设施各方面都很棒，我们在Madiera住过其他酒店，但我敢肯定这是我住过最好的。非常喜欢。还会再来的。

这酒店的房间住起来很舒适，设施设备都很齐全，员工们也是非常地细心体贴，在酒店餐馆里有丰富多样的美食，而且随时都可以叫些点心来吃。夜间娱乐时，酒店的酒吧有免费的饮料提供。这酒店很明显是全岛上唯一一个没有额外收费的酒店。我怎么推荐入住这酒店都不为过。

这是一家非常干净美丽的酒店，接待人员很热情好客，门童热情地帮我们搬运包裹，这些留给了我们极好的第一印象，于是我们续住了。食物很新鲜，量也大。饮料、鸡尾酒都是有品牌的。酒店内部有许多舒适的沙发可供休憩，泳池和spa很棒，乒乓、桌球斯诺克也很出色。我们实在无法吹毛求疵，都很完美。谢谢。

Tea and coffee is served to you at the table and you get topped up if you ask for more.
HI. Although the outside pool is not in use at the moment the indoor pool is great and its not really warm enough unless the suns really hot. Cooler this time of the year but still enjoyable afetr all this weather here. The spa is also great - sauna, jacuzzi (there are three) but the steam room was being serviced in January but hey ho. Its a great hotel with equally great staff so don`t be put off.its also a nice situation. Best Peter R
Generally this hotel goes quite after midnight at this time of the year when any entertainment finishes. Although you can always get a drink downstairs in the sports bar. This is the not the place (with respect) where you would want to do `all nighters` . Actually Madeira isn`t that sort of place it has a different clientele and is an entirely different experience to the Canaries or Spain. So please don`t expect that type of holiday.
