I booked this place through booking.com and have advised them to take it off their website for many reasons. It is impossible to contact the 'resort' prior to your visit as there is no website and the contact number is wrong. I tried 6 times to get through but the phone is switched off. This meant that I had no idea where the place was in relation to Sen Monorom and how to find it after the bus stops on Main St. Luckily, we saw it as we came past on the bus. It is actually 4 kilometres from the centre of Sen Monorom which is very different to the 0.1km on the booking website and very inconvenient as there is no restaurant or transport to town on site. We had to Pay $5 dollars to take us back there by car from the bus stop. Yes there is Wifi but it does not work in your bungalow. The guy who was on duty was strange but tried to be helpful although his English is poor. The floor is cleaner than the beds and bathroom! There are open drains in the toilet and shower, the extractor fan was broken. Ants and Mosquitos in bathroom and bedroom. The sheets were dirty and torn. The whole resort was deserted. The booking website stated that there was a restaurant on site. There isn't. We were taken to an empty restaurant at the resort next door as we were hungry after a 10 hour bus journey. The food gave me a bad stomach and I was sick all night. Do not believe anything stated on the booking websites as they only put on what the resort states. We were so tired we stayed 1 night then left at 6 in the morning. Not worth $30 per night. The only positive here is the view of the surrounding country side. …

N'y aller pas. S'est beaucoup trop chère et beaucoup trop loin du centre de sen monorom. Personne pour nous accueillir. Très difficile de trouver quelqu'un avec qui parler en anglais pour une requête. Vous trouverez quelque choses sur places sans réserver. Il y a plein d'hôtel/guesthouse sur place.

We booked a bungalow here through booking.com. It wasn't our first choice, but all the places we liked were already booked full. When we got to the place (after dark already) they said they didn't have rooms available. When we said we had a reservation, the man just shrugged and said he didn't know about a booking. When we showed him the confirmation email he continued saying he didn't know about any booking. He didn't show any regret, not did he offer to help us find another place, he just walked away. It was terrible.
