Hi mnaor. I'm glad to hear you describe our service as excellent, this is really the best feedback we can get. So i can honestly say, that the whole team here is proud of that. We have different types of rooms, standard, business and suites. Perhaps you have seen af business room online and stayed in a standard? But i am sure you still liked the room. It is true that parking can be a little hard in the public parking spaces, especially when there is a show in the building next to us. But we do have our own parking cellar, where it is possible to reserve a place, so it is ready upon arrival. That way you always have a place to park. The prices can be informed when making a reservation for a room. But i really do hope we see you in Aalborg again. Hope to see you here in Aalborg another time. We always try our best to make your stay here pleasant and our aim is always to match and go beyond your expectations. So yes, we are a hotel whit a lot of business guest, who enjoy our hotel. We dont treat people like they are just another travelling business man passing by. Instead we value our guests, we try and learn who you are and many end up being a regular guest here at the hotel. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and as you have noticed, there is no difference in the level of service, no matter what time of the day you talk to us.
