We were 4 friends visiting Rovaniemi and had a wonderful time! Nordica Design Residence was wonderful - it was comfortable, clean, conveniently located, the hosts were thoughtful and we wish we stayed longer! The sauna was so nice after a cold day of adventures! I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Excepcional Apartamento!! Experiência ótima para viver na cidade como um local. O Apartamento é novo, muito bem cuidado, muito bem localizado, completo com tudo o que uma família precisa. Excelente atendimento da equipe desde a reserva até o dia da chegada. Recomendamos!!!

I booked an apartment at Nórdica Design Residence at the last minute luckily. Overall the apartment was clean and neat, comfy beds and cozy blankets. The heated floors were a huge plus! Easy to find and centrally located. I loved my stay even if it was for one night. Alexei was super nice and kind. He answered all my questions and provided further guidance. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking to stay in Rovaniemi. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This apartment is simply superb. Recently built, clean and modern. A very contemporary, well appointed open plan kitchen/living room with north facing windows and balcony, perfect for seeing the Northern Lights, if they are not clouded over. Unfortunately the clouds prevented us from seeing them on our trip. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower plus a sauna was great. Hair dryer, iron and ironing table available too. Rovaniemi is a small city so it’s easy to walk around. Many coffee shops, restaurants and bars are easily reachable. The worst thing about this trip (apart from having to go home) was avoiding dog mess on the pavemeents.

For the way it looks would deserve 4 points, for the overall experience gets a 3 with minus. Very good location (in the center of the city), clean, big and nicely designed, it cames with 3 major minuses as well. First I would point out the noise - as it was raining during the night, the rain drops are falling on a metal part outside the bedroom windows and the noise in quite disturbing. Same disturbing is the noise coming from the cars on the main road, so a good insolation would be more than welcome. The second minus goes for the small shower cabin and the water going out like crazy on the down part of the door and the position of the wc (very close to the wall). And the third goes for not being clear the fact that is not allowed to smoke on the balcony. The underground parking (extra charge) was very useful, the wifi was ok. The attitude of the property’s contact person when pointing out my opinion was not the most guest oriented and taking in consideration my overall experience I will 100% won’t return here again. And I’m happy it was a one night stay only as if it would have been longer I would have to search for another place to stay for the following night.…
