在此度过了新婚之夜，享受了别具一格的服务，在这个特别的夜晚，工作人员提供了周到的服务，不仅升级了房间，床铺上还洒上了玫瑰花瓣！他们不余遗力的关照让我们有入住皇室般的感觉。酒店的前台提供24小时服务，房间的窗户外风景秀丽。从未花费如此高额的房费入住酒店，但是在这个特别的夜晚，它真的物有所值！

作为在瑞典芬兰之旅的一站在此入住，这是我们首次到赫尔辛基观光，酒店的建筑老旧---起码以美国酒店的标准来说是这样的，但是内部的一切却焕然一新。服务和住宿条件都很优质，前台工作人员、酒吧工作人员以及其它的服务人员皆是友好而乐于助人的。自助早餐餐品丰盛、美味可口，我们分别在
Brasserie （餐厅名）和 Emo（餐厅名）用了晚餐，餐品和服务都属上乘。入住其间，酒店接待了一个大型的欧盟代表团，亦采取了许多安保的措施，除了多出许多住客，酒店看起来一切如常（很难注意到和平时的不同之处）。如果想体验赫尔辛基老式传统的、设施崭新齐备的豪华酒店，这里是不二之选。

这里可能是Helsinki最负盛名的酒店之一。酒店的地理位置好极了。酒店员工专业热情。酒店的早餐种类繁多，服务也很好(虽然有时效率不高)。房间和浴室都很干净。床上的被褥很舒服。我们也很喜欢它的现代水疗/桑拿设施。值得一提的是，我们的特大号床上只有一条狭窄的羽绒被，它只能盖住床的表面。我们要求额外增加一条羽绒被，服务员立刻就给我们送了过来。

位置很好，附近有大多数景点，包括还有毗邻的滨海大道。房间很宽敞，很干净，设备齐全。那把大椅子坐着很舒服。服务始终是积极的、专业的、服务员时刻带着微笑。早餐在露台房吃，晚餐在酒吧酒廊吃。都很喜欢。价格偏贵。房间浴缸可以通过增加防滑条或者有可能的话多个扶手来改进。

从北京飞往赫尔辛基开始欧洲之旅后，我住在这家酒店。在阅读了酒店的好评，并且了解到酒店位于滨海大道中央后，这家酒店吸引了我。酒店没有让人失望，这是一家老派的大饭店，内饰干净利落，给人五星级酒店的感觉。负责办理入住手续的前台很友好，房间很大，干净舒适。餐厅和酒吧非常棒，尤其是可以坐在外面看着人们走下滨海大道。令我惊喜的是这有健身房，虽然不大，但有各种各样的设备。总的来说这是一次极好的经历，我会再次光顾这里的。

Hi FlyingFinn - I do not think so but I would humbly advise to reach out to the hotel Manager on Duty (Milla Liljanko) to see if other options are available.
I wonder if these questions and comments are coming from real people who have actually stayed there. There was no sauna in our room, nor does the property advertise such, as far as I know. But we had an incredibly spacious room, that was perfectly sound-proofed and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was fully furnished. The bed was one of the best I have slept on (and I am picky). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to a fault. The breakfast buffet was lavish and top notch, with friendly service to boot. This is a true 5-star hotel.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special. A lit of people from outside having breakfast in the Hotel do very busy.
