我们于2019年10月在这家酒店住了2晚。
优点：位置很好。 酒店出门就是大海。而且在稍微高点的楼层可以欣赏到美丽的景色。 市中心距离酒店仅15分钟的步行路程。 早餐也很好，有各种水果和蔬菜。
缺点：房间太小。 厕所/浴室特别窄小，以至于我洗澡有点困难。 酒店还需要升级它的硬件设施。 自助沙拉晚餐还不错。

The standard rooms are compact in style with everything you need for a couple of days and we always ensure that this information is clear on our website. We understand that some of our guests do prefer a more spacious room and if we were aware we could have offered you a possible upgrade to one of our superior rooms. 我们在这家酒店住了一个星期，根据这里的评论，我一开始是很担心的。 我们是住在611号房间的，我们真的是很喜欢它的。 房间是很宽敞的，是可以看到街对面的水景和地铁站、三明治店的。 我们是一对已婚夫妇，但不知怎么的，我是不小心订到了一个有着两张单人床的房间的。 但是我觉得这也是挺好的，这就是为什么这个房间并不拥挤的原因。 作为奖励，每天晚上我都会看着我的丈夫，喊着“晚安，瑞奇” ，他也会喊着“晚安，露西! ”！ (这是一个老旧的电视参考，你可以谷歌一下。) 这里的浴室是很小的，淋浴设备是很难使水流开始变热的，你必须调整它或关闭它的。 这家酒店的工作人员是非常友好的，帮助了我们解答了有关交通、食物、邮政系统的愚蠢问题。 他们也会为我们安排公共汽车服务，他们真的是最好的了。 我们是很喜欢吃这边的免费早餐的，尽管这里的早餐是有着一种奇怪的组合，冰岛人真的会这样吃吗？ 我是无法想象他们这样做的。 我们只是不知道该怎么处理这个奇怪的混搭吃法。 这里的黄瓜，西红柿，煮鸡蛋，切片奶酪是和冷盘一起食用的？ 晚上我们会再次进去，在酒吧内喝上一杯的。 他们这边还有一个小礼品店，这真的是完美的，因为在我的行程结束时，我仍然是需要购买一些夫妇的礼物纪念品的。 我真的是很喜欢这家酒店的。

网站上的照片不是我们最后看到的。那像是一间牢房，我们几乎无法移动。房间太小了，当我们打开窗户时，它就变成了一条走廊！全天供应的自助餐很差，早餐也很差。地点在城外。不要来这里

Dear Lozzalot, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to read that your stay was not how you expected it to be. You are right, our Standard rooms are very compact. We always ensure that this information is clear on our website. We understand that some of our guests do prefer a more spacious room and if we were aware we could have offered you a possible upgrade to one of our Superior rooms. Cabin is located near many attractions, major intersections and also very convenient to public transportation. Our postal code is 105 Reykjavik therefore the next neighbor to downtown 101 Reykjavik. 我们在这里住了3个晚上，房间很小，暖气声也很吵，但是酒店离雷克雅未克主要的购物街只有20分钟的步行路程，附近还有很多餐馆，只要步行就能到。早餐有很多美味的食物，包括烤面包、麦片粥、面包卷、冻肉和奶酪。酒店还提供午餐和沙拉自助晚餐（需要交额外的费用），酒店没有热的食物，但正如前面提到的，步行距离内有许多餐馆，步行十分钟就有一个超市，地铁就在马路对面！房间很干净，旅馆外面到处都是旅游的人。

一家可爱的酒店，员工非常友好。房间很普通也不大，但非常干净和温暖。床也非常舒服。工作人员服务周到。地理位置不错，大约25分钟步行到雷克雅未克中心。早餐和沙拉酒吧里的食物非常好，而且非常新鲜。我肯定会再呆在这里，对于任何想要一个想要从此来探索雷克雅未克的美景的人来说，这是一个非常合适和舒适的酒店。

All the food is simple and prepared buffet style. Nothing is cooked made to order. There are numerous restaurants nearby that serve halal food.
Yes you can leave your luggage, we arrived at 11am and asked if we could check in early and they said yes, there is a room however if this is not an option
I don't believe they do family rooms. Rooms tend to be for a maximum of 2 people because they are tiny.
We asked to upgrade when we got there and saw the rooms and got a very curt response that they were full. We’d emailed before going and although they responded, the answers were pretty equivocal—we were trying to see if we’d be able to check in early, and it wasn’t until we got there that we found out they could, for a fee and if a room was ready, but we’d already paid for an extra night so we could check in at 8 am.
