1）房间太吵了：我们在周六抵达并住了3晚。二楼的220室很吵。 1楼播放俱乐部音乐从晚上11点到凌晨3点钟，我们可以听到人们说话，车窗关闭时经过！街上到处都是人，听起来像马戏团。和俱乐部类型的音乐一直播放到周日凌晨1点!!无法入睡，只睡了2个小时，并试图在我的第二天游览时保持清醒。我还记得几乎让我心脏病发作的鼓！ :(和地板摇晃着音乐！我在抵达之前通过电子邮件要求一个安静的房间。如果可以，我希望给予负面消息.2）房间很小但很干净，所以我们的两个小行李必须戴上地板。最重要的是，前门看起来像一个酒吧。我们错过了第一天，走了它，因为它是如此小和不相干的照片。误导性图片。 3）只有我可以给5星的东西是早餐。 4）管家在第3天没给我们新毛巾。淋浴后不得不使用湿旧毛巾。 5）位置距离火车站和公共汽车800米（步行10分钟）。步行10-15分钟到其他所有人;港口和渡轮服务。附近有很多不错的餐馆，附近有一家小超市。

Dear Xia S, Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. Although you are giving a review of the town of Bergen. Yes, when staying in the middle of the city center during a weekend you will hear music - the clubs and bars around the hotel play within the legal limit of Bergen municipality and there is nothing we, as a company can do to change that fact. In regards to our room size, some of our rooms are small, some are big, we have categories from standard all the way up to suit. It is possible to ask for a upgrade upon check in, although there might be a price difference from the original price categories. Yes our front office is located in the same area as our bar, at the end of it in fact. If you hung your towels on the bathroom they will not be changed - this is our environmental policy listed on the bathroom, but we do change all towels that are thrown on the floor, or even on request if you need more then the once in your room. I would recommend to look for hotels outside the city center if you are travelling more in Norway the coming weekends, since all universities and collages are starting now, there will be a lot of happy students running around at night time, perhaps even during the weekdays. 床非常棒。浴室地板没有暖气。服务需要提升。早餐还可以，但只是还可以而已。似乎他们需要更多的员工，他们在哪都很有压力的样子。早餐没有煎蛋和熏肉，这是完全不能原谅的。

这是一家设计型酒店，但规模很小，酒店试图用设计感来突出其特点，但从本质上说，其实是一家小型城市酒店。吃早餐的地方很冷很昏暗，感觉就是直接在大街上吃的。房间还可以，就是看不到任何风景，也不特别。我不会再来了。

Dear Thomas, Thank you for your review of Hotel Oleana. Regarding the view from the rooms: Some rooms face the courtyard, and some face the park. Please check with reception which direction your room is facing. It is true that our breakfast area is on the first floor, same as the entrance, this is so that you can use our outside area to sit and enjoy your breakfast on sunny days. Have a nice summer! 三月底四月初的时候，我在奥兰娜度过了6个夜晚。一流的酒店，一流的员工，微笑服务，完美的地理位置，餐厅的食物都很好，早餐也很不错。我们夫妇会毫不犹豫地再次预订这家酒店的。

Yes ... depends a little on which ferry, but generaly everything in central Bergen is easy walking distance!!
