我是中午到达酒店的,按门铃的时候每人开门,然后我直接按了房间号,之后有位女士告诉我来得太早了!她坚持说收到的信息是我要下午6点才到,尽管我之前确认过,但现在我也不太确定自己到达的时间了。
一位男士后来带我穿过一条肮脏,破旧的走廊去客厅休息。地毯和壁纸都有磨损的痕迹,坦白说,看起来很脏。那位男士带我到房间,然后把钥匙给我留下了。我发现房间是在是太差了,我都不敢正眼看它。我在部队待过,所以比较习惯简陋的环境,但是这里实在是太破旧了。房间就像一个小盒子,他们在这么窄的地方还塞下了一个浴室和厕所。墙壁令人作呕,上面沾满各种污渍,还有一层灰绿色的毛毛。我之所以没有拿起东西立刻离开这里,主要是因为床很干净,厕所也还比较干净。我没有洗澡,因为淋浴区有很多头发。其他的设施也很差,剩下的几天我带着东西逃也似的离开这家招待所直奔West Drayton酒店。
酒店提供谷物类早餐,但我考虑到卫生问题,“礼貌的”拒绝了。总而言之,我绝对不会推荐这家酒店。我可能比较贪小便宜,但真的宁可多花点钱也不愿意忍受这样的住宿条件。

We are of course most upset to hear that this young lady had such an unpleasant stay at our Bed & Breakfast last month; we are disappointed to hear that she considered our staff were rude, and that her room was nothoovered or dusted, and her shower not clean. We had half-expected expected this guest to arrive some time in the afternoon, and we were surprised when she arrived some time after 12.00. We were unprepared to welcome her personally, as we strive to offer all our visitors as much personal attention as possible . She unfortunately had to call us from her mobile phone, because staff on duty did not hear the front door bell when she rang. The lady unfortunately has perceived the comment she received on the phone as a “telling off”; however, this was certainly not unintended, and we can only offer sincere apologies, , in retrospect, for any misunderstandings conveyed. When the Manager on duty showed the guest to her room, we understand she engaged in some pleasant small talk, and did not appear to him to be dissatisfied, or on the point of bursting into laughter at the room she was shown. We believe he was respectful and well-mannered towards this client at all times. We would have been pleased to either show her an alternative room(s), or to find her alternative accommodation locally, but when she was asked to pay for this room, she paid, without obvious reservation or making a complaint. Nor did she make any comments to the lady serving Breakfast the following morning - although the Dining Room may well have been extremely hectic that particular morning. We would have been very pleased to have given this young lady more attention/ found her better accommodation here or else where near Heathrow, during her visit here. We were naturally shocked to read about her stay in very strong terms & elaborate detail on line - some weeks after the event, when we are absolutely powerless to rectify the situation.

很好的位置,友好的店主。 非常好的酒店我住过很多不同的国家但是从来没有遇到更友好的服务。 非常好的早餐。 舒适的床,大电视,茶/咖啡托盘和很棒的浴室/储备充足的淋浴设施。 一定还会再去

可爱,舒适的房间和床真的很舒服。 睡得很好。 吃早餐的时候是patricia非常热情和乐于助人。 茉莉的香味和覆盖整栋楼前面的是意外的惊喜当我到达!

U3 bus or a cab. Check with Patricia.
You probably need an airport hotel where staff is on duty 24/7. There are plenty with familiar names. Find one within a few miles of Heathrow and if they don't have a shuttle at that hour, taxis are not that expensive.
