Yes, they provide a pickup. + nine six zero 742 9499. Here is the hotels number. It can be confusing when you get off the plane and are looking for the driver with a sign of Amber Beach(lots of people with different signs).
Go to the left (after) where you come out and see all the people with signs for their hotels. The information counter is down just a little ways. Once you call, they will say to stay at the information counter and the person will find you. This is only needed if you don't see the person with the Amber beach sign. The trip to the hotel is 10-15minutes.
Let the hotel know the day before your flight home and they will give you a scheduled time to be in the lobby for your trip back to the airport. The hotel staff are very helpful.
One last thing you need to know. If you are flying back to the USA. Make sure to complete the immigration form that connects to your passport. Even those the USA has no requirements right now, they will spot you at passport check if you haven't completed it for your return trip. It's stupid, but it is easy and fast to fill out. Also, the passport check at the airport when leaving the Maldives had only one person checking(plan for 3 hours to go through the airport). The hotel told us we should plan for 3 hours and they were correct.
