This villa has one of the most fantastic views I have ever seen. The breakfast is served on the balcony, good food and variety, and the best view of Positano you can possibly get at any given hour. Room is ok. Bed could be bigger. Claudio is a very nice guy that helped us on check in and promptly when requested when we needed assistance with the shower. Leila and Carmine where also such nice people serving breakfast and helping with our laundry (this service is included). There is porter service available , they charge 15 Euro a bag and can be booked. I recommend the service despite the price because to get to the villa is a 150 step way up, like almost every accommodation in town. In fact, the access to the stairs is very close to the Marina where the ferry arrives and to the main beach of Positano. Note also that this villa has 2 separate rooms, but the access to the second passes through the balcony of the first. At our first night we were the only ones, at the second somebody else was at the other room, but it didn't create any problem for us. Excellent stay.

Positives:
- The decor and location is perfect for staying in Positano.
- The cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely; they could not speak English yet were still the sweetest about whatever we needed.
Negatives:
- Porter service for the bags is not included and is €15 for each bag; with needing this for both arrival and departure, we paid quite a lot for this alone.
- There are a ton of ants covering the walls and floors (this gets worse at night)..we were in the hot tub and ended up putting on robes covered in them, which was a horrible feeling..I would recommend spraying the property.
- We arranged a private transfer through the owner for departure and the driver ended up contacting us the morning of saying she would be over an hour late. Wish we were given other options if this wasn’t reliable for the area because we wound up in a taxi paying way more and it was the most stressful morning of our trip. We got no answer when this was occurring during the morning so this was hard to arrange speaking only English.
- Don’t recommend if you are a light sleeper; there are very loud people above each day/night and we were there weekdays

Excelente lugar! Las vistas inmejorables, vale lo que pagas, muy limpio, la gente muy amable,y la ubicación es perfecta porque no tienes que subir tantas escaleras que eso es muy común en positano, lo recomiendo ampliamente, 100% para parejas; aunque una de las villas tiene un sofá cama si quieres ir con familia

Bellissima esperienza , ho soggiornato nella Suite Positano , vista mozzafiato , tramonti stupendi rilassati nella jacuzzi vista mare !
Struttura nuovissima arredata con gusto e design, vicinissima alla spiaggia ed al centro storico ( praticamente pochi minuti )
Colazione servita sulla terrazza( sembrava un pranzo ) grazie alle staff che è straordinario!
Non volevo più andare via 😔

Great view, the most beautiful you can find from Positano, it seem you can touch with your finger the sea and the houses , Suite in front of the sea , the staff is great and breakfast is delicious!
Very close to the beach, we had a suite with hot tube on terrace !
