Location and Price Can't Be Topped

For what we paid, this was a tremendous bargain. Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, and the sunrise was spectacular. We were two flights above the Main Street, so noisy early in the morning, but church bells clang for five minutes at 7 am, so the whole island is up then anyway! Modern modular bathroom in the corner of a very old room, but beds comfortable and it was all that we needed. Warning: don't try to use a blow dryer here, ours sparked and died (yes, we used the right adaptor!). Check in at The Mouton Blanc, and then keep walking up the street, under a stone archway with steps toothed lest, and it's the building just before the cemetery (quiet neighbors on that side).

Precio razonable para una experiencia increíble

Es el único hotel que tiene un precio que se pueda permitir "cualquier persona" intramuros. La verdad es que para lo caro que es en si el Mont Saint Michel la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Tengo entendido que el Logis Saint Sebastien forma parte de otro hotel más grande aunque el edificio del Saint Sebastien está tomando un pequeño desvío de la Grand Rue. Lo mejor de todo es que aunque sea la gamma económica del hotel, la habitación era realmente completa! La cama muy cómoda, el cuarto de baño tenía de todo y aunque la habitación era un poco pequeña para pasar una noche es más que suficiente. La única cosa mala es que el check in era a las 4 de la tarde y se hizo un poco pesado esperar hasta entonces, y las vistas a la Grand Rue a veces eran un poco ruidosas, sobretodo en las primeras horas de la mañana cuando un camión abastece a los comercios. Sinceramente repetiría, pasar una noche dentro de esta maravilla para mi es un must, contando que al atardecer el Mont empieza a vaciarse de gente y por la noche prácticamente estás solo dentro del Mont. Si mi opinión te ha ayudado te agradecería un voto positivo!…

いい感じのプチホテル。

モンサンミッシェルの島内にあるプチホテルです。料金が手頃だったので正直あまり期待してなかったのですが、なかなか雰囲気のある屋根裏風の部屋で、フランス滞在中の中では一番良かったです。ただ唯一、エレベーターがない上に、ポーターが荷物を運んでくれるようなホテルとは違うので、自分で重い荷物を持って階段の上り下りをしなくてはいけない点が不便でした。

An inexpensive way to stay on the Mont

This is one of the few reasonably priced places to stay inside the walls of the Mont. The room was small and very plain, but clean and perfectly adequate for us. It is located off a small back street but our room faced onto La grande Rue and became rather noisy at 5am when deliveries for shops started. If you want to get up early anyway to see the sunrise and enjoy solitude on the Mont before the crowds arrive, this isn't a big problem, but if you want to sleep late, you might need earplugs. Also, because it is up under the rafters with only a small window, in very hot weather this could be uncomfortable. The double bed had a very soft (sagging) mattress that was fine for one of us but the other found very uncomfortable. There was also a single bed that was fine. After making reservations (and paying for the room) months ahead, and personally confirming the reservation shortly before our departure, we were surprised to get a message from the hotel a day before our stay saying that they were canceling our reservation to make space for a larger group instead. This seems to be a not uncommon occurrence at the hotels on the Mont, so be prepared for this possibility. In our case, someone must have canceled their plans, because the hotel was able to let us stay anyway. (If they had canceled our reservation, they had offered to find us a room in one of the hotels off the Mont, and a complementary dinner in their restaurant, but it was still an unpleasant surprise.) Staying on the Mont is a great experience, being there in the evening and early morning when it is much quieter. We loved exploring all the little alleys and terraces.…
