We stayed at the Hoiana New World for the World Pickleball Championship Final Tournament. My daughter is playing in this first WPC at Hoina, and we love the accommodations with courts on site. We look forward to coming back for many more tournaments at this fabulous resort.

This place is amazing. Honestly you need to stay here, it's such a beautiful resort. Stayed here for 7 nights in July 2024, and I cant wait to go back. Total relaxation and recharge. The room was wow, the balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular, the bed, the service the cleaniless were by far the best and to the highest of standards. Let me start with the staff, they were the most hospitable, caring, attentive and amazing I have ever experienced. Thank you Lily, Lizzie, Rita, Maya and Annie for all your assistance, and for making my stay special and memorable. Best staff in the world, and I'm very travelled so I dont use that term lightly. Thank you to the lovely Linh at breakfast and all the staff, what a wonderful team. I want to return just for the staff lol. The location is excellent, 20 minutes away from Hoi An the beautiful town which lights up with lanterns, great food to experience and shopping. We would go either with the hotel shuttle (line up early at least 10 minutes) or via the Grab app (their uber) which was safe, cheap (around $10 AUD give or take), and very convenient. You can pay Grab with cash so no need to preload any credit card in the app. Use Grab everywhere in Vietnam, some cities it's like $2. There is also a casino at this hotel and a state of the art Golf course. Our friends used the Golf course and said it's the best they have ever played at as Golfers! Theres also some wonderful restaurants, a great food court with an ATM. Theres a 24 hour mini Mart on the ground floor which was handy. Swimming areas were wonderful as was the beach club which has live music and entertainment, great to unwind in the evening. I didn't use the beach but it's totally accessible, with a flagged area for swimming. for me it was alwys low tide and very hot, I prefered the comfort of the pools. So what more can we ask for at this resort..Just stay here.

That is fine but the lies and difficulty that surrounds that is disgusting. Avoid at all costs. The are all aimed at one thing and that is your groups. It’s quiet, no atmosphere and is very poor.

This so far has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in Vietnam! Hands down! The staff have been exceptional going above and beyond to welcome us in true Vietnamese fashion. The hotel breakfast was enormous with stations for fresh fruit, Asian and western food, fresh pancakes and waffles, juices and plenty more. We definitely recommend you stay here and get the breakfast, you won’t be disappointed. All the staff have been 5* from the check in team, concierge, waiters and kitchen staff. They even arranged local vegetarian Vietnamese food for us without even asking which was wonderful and the head chef was so kind. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will be back.
