酒店很棒，工作人员乐于助人

一个很棒的适合放松的地方。员工很乐于助人，没有任何挑剔，服务很好，酒店地理位置也很棒。食物的种类很多，就餐环境令人舒适。场地非常宽广，有两个大游泳池，一切都保持得很好。一个小小的批评：为什么水中健身舞的教练一定要使用扬声器呢？在这里的大多数客人都更喜欢安静的生活。除了这个，我强烈推荐这里，而且肯定会再来这里度假。

超棒的酒店，但是位置不好

这家酒店很好，十分干净，床很舒服，食物种类超棒。我们是半膳宿，因此午餐价格很高，最好是选全膳宿。关于游泳池毛巾：他们给每位客人提供两条毛巾，这是个不错的主意。关于在Playa Paraiso的位置：沙滩上有很多石头，所以对于儿童玩耍和柔弱的人游泳来说不太安全，如果你觉得你自己能行的话，你需要一双特殊的鞋。并且一定要非常小心波浪，它们很容易把你卷走。我们开车20分钟，到了圣胡安海滩，这里更安全一些，还有咖啡馆、淋浴等等。你需要租一辆车，因为那里除了那家完美的酒店外没有其他好玩的地方。还有一个问题，对面有在施工的建筑物，七点半就能把你吵醒！

大的混凝土块建的酒店，不过服务很棒

我们在10月15日和我们的孩子在这里住了一周。当我们乘公交在前门到达时，我不确定我们的选择是否正确，因为这个宾馆是一个大的混凝土块的建筑，看起来像是个很大的旅游机构。然而我们遇到了非常友好的员工（客房服务，餐厅），食物很棒，可以看到海景，设施干净。宾馆的管理知道如何选择他们的员工。我们和其他的客人聊过，他们大多数都是回头客。我猜一半多的客人还会选择这家店。这里真的很棒，我们下个假期还打算来这里。

我真的非常喜欢这个地方...！！！

在Roca Nivaria 酒店，你将会被非常有礼貌的对待，员工都非常乐于助人并且非常专业。员工随时准备为你服务。我住了一个非常好，很大的房间，房间有一个阳台正对着海...那画面太美了。房间，酒店，餐厅，花园还有泳池随时都非常的干净。房间的床单，毛巾和化妆品都非常漂亮而且质量好。餐厅的菜单非常多样化，种类也多，绝不会遇到找不到想吃的东西的情况。在最后一天，要赶飞机之前，酒店还给我提供的一个免费的房间住5-6小时。这个酒店非常照顾客人，他们知道，只要顾客高兴，他们就成功了。

Планирую посетить ваш отель в августе 2019, есть несколько вопросов: 1) предоставляете ли детскую кровать (2 года), и сколько стоит; 2) какие алкогольные напитки положены при "всё включено", где их дают; 3) если бар на пляже; 4) сколько будет стоить трансфер из/в аэропорт; 5) много ли русскоговорящих туристов у вас бывает.

Hi. A lot of the reviews mention that in the evenings there is a dress code for the restaurants. When it states men need to wear long trousers, does this include jeans and chinos, or do they need to be formal trousers? Thanks.

hello, does this hotel have direct access to a beach? Have read that there's a shuttle bus but also that there's beach access via a lift. Have young children so we tend to base ourselves on the beach for the majority of our day. Thanks
