在这里度假2次的我已经能够根据飞机噪声辨别位置了。我也花了一些时间阅读人们在猫途鹰上的评论,我们都有自己的期望，我的如下：这个度假胜地性价比高，工作人员非常乐于助人，彬彬有礼，穿着考究。这里的食物一直都很好。它是一个不错的地方，坐在游池旁，享受着啤酒和小吃，漫步在美丽的花园，花花草草很漂亮。但你知道吗？我很喜欢的一件事是，度假村会回复所有在猫途鹰上的评论，无论是正面的还是负面的。继续保持这良好的反应管理。我在这里还有7个晚上，我知道我会享受所有的夜晚。非常感谢艾塔宿雾酒店

I am the guy who answers all the reviews. Thanks, Yvette, for the flattery! When we only had one resort, I made it a point to meet all the guests when possible. I found that sometimes I could make a difference in our ability to meet their expectations. Sadly, I am spending a lot more time at our new resort in Bohol, Alta Bohol. Which means I can no longer meet and greet every guests personally at our flagship resort (Alta Cebu). One tip for first time guests, our specials in the restaurant are often quite fantastic. I have eaten there for years and I find our cooks are proud of their specials and put extra effort into them. Also, we have a suggestion survey form. One of the less well known purposes of the guests survey is to mention any minor problem or annoyance - no matter how small - the moment you feel the need. Some people are too polite speak their problem, feeling they may look like professional complainers. But often they later on feel the need to complain online after leaving. No resort is perfect, no matter how much you spend, so please do yourself a favor and SPEAK UP! Please ask for the form at the Front Desk, if you don't see it in your introductory package If a guest will fill out the survey form the moment they have even the slightest complaint, we will jump to it immediately. …….well, this being the Philippines, it may not be as immediate as you might find in more structured cultures; but then the laid back, happy Islander culture is more valuable for a tourist on vacation than German engineering (* I suspect), so enjoy the experience. And don’t be afraid to ask twice, if it seems to be taking longer than you’d like to address your concern. If we are all the same, how boring is that? Larry Owner

Hello Malen We are lucky to have so many satisfied guests We are generally fully booked with happy people like you who want to share their experience. Having 5 acres gives guests enough room to find a spot for quiet relaxation or for enthusiastic fun. And yes, our gardens are the best in Cebu and the buildings make you feel like you went back in time. Hope to meet you next visit! Larry Owner

哇塞！我们没想到会这么好！这是个漂亮的小度假村，有很温馨的房间。五角房间里有竹子床，让你感觉像在家里一样。泳池那里有按摩浴缸和酒吧，很棒。这里的一切都安置在植物园里，有独立的儿童泳池。晚上有现场音乐（很多客人更喜欢呆在小屋里真是遗憾啊）。周五晚上的自助餐很棒！给早餐自助的评价：热食物要放置在适宜的温度下。。冷了的话就不受欢迎了。总的来说：我们还会再来放松休息的！即便距离城里的一些景点很远。有一些人抱怨酒水的价格，没意义，这里的酒水跟其他酒店相比价格公道。还有员工非常乐于助人又友好。还有。。。

Hello Theo It was nice to meet with and chat with you. It is always wonderful for my ego to have a guest extend their trip because they fell in love with our resort! You describe it as do so many others, as the feel of coming home to family. Something which is hard to experience in a corporate resort. You got the essence of our resort. I try to talk to as many guests as I can, since it helps if I will explain to them personally what is special about Alta Cebu. Your review also helps do just that A big thanks for everyone at Alta! 这里的无线信号使用起来并不是很方便，而且泳池的水很脏，游泳池里面甚至看见了三条蜈蚣，床单看上去颜色都已经掉了，应该被使用了很多次，所有的工作人员态度都非常的友好热情，只有一个工作人员，为我办理登记，入住的时候办理的很长时间，他看起来对业务并不熟练，这里的主要餐点是非常适合菲律宾人的，选择不是很多，最后再说一点，在这里打篮球或者是打乒乓球，实在是太差劲了，周围环境一点都不干净，不推荐你来这里。

Thanks for the review Please excuse the long response. I only wish you had taken the time to tell me your concerns when you were here. If your problems are serious, either one of my senior staff or I can assist you. Did you notice that Alta Cebu is the top rated resort in Cordova? We get many wonderful reviews from loyal repeat guests. Some guests have stay here for up to 12 visits over the years. I admit that Alta Cebu is not for everyone, no resort is that. I notice that you spent the following night at Crimson. It seems a tad unreasonable to expect the same standards at a resort costing only 1700 pesos vs. one that is priced at .14,000 to 28,000 per night. Specifically: 1. Wi-Fi was a temporary problem; we had a thunder strike and the provider had to come and fix the line. Our other provider wi-fi (2 providers 7 hot spots) was still up and running in public areas. 2.Although our goal is to maintain quality of pool water, if we have an influx of guests (up to 100 guests may swim in one day), it is difficult to maintain crystal clear water for any resort under those conditions without shutting down the pool during peak hours. Self-conscious guests sometimes will wear street clothes into the pool adding a heavy load to a crowded pool. It is a problem for every resort (though maybe some of the high end resorts are more strict on enforcement of swimsuit only rule). We do have 2 pools. It is rare for the second pool to be cloudy. Cloudy is not the same as unsanitary as long as the chemicals are maintained. 3.Bed-sheets are hygienically cleaned and changed daily. Problem with daily linen service is the water in our town has lots of minerals. Even though the bleach wont remove all the minerals it does a great job of sanitizing. An off color sheet is still a clean sheet at Alta. I inspect the rooms myself. None of our sheets are torn or worn out that I know of. Just to be sure, following your suggestion, I will make a more detailed inspection of our sheet inventory to make sure laundry is up to standards. 4.Our FD is normally manned and woman-ed by one Butler and 2 or 3 Front Desk attendants most times. Perhaps the butler was inspecting a room and the second in charge had gone for lunch? 5.I am American. I eat at the restaurant for all my meals. There are plenty of western options and the food is delicious. I lived in Silicon Valley for 50years and have eaten at many of the best restaurants. 6.Many guests say our resort is one of the cleanest they have seen. Larry Tarquinio Owner
