가격대비 성능 만족입니다
문을 열면 언제든지 수영장으로 풍덩
한국 관광객이 주고객 이지만 리조트 자체 객실수가 많지 않아서 조용하고 평온한 곳
어린 아이들과 휴양을 위한 숙소로는 최곱니다
룸 컨디션?? 돈 많이 지불하면 얼마든지 더 좋은곳은 있을겁니다
하지만 저는 또 갈것같내요 ^^

我們原本是預訂了在 5 Oct 2014 至 8 Oct 2014 入住 Natures Garden Park Resort 四天三夜； 在 5 Oct 2014 晚上，我們 Check-in 入住該 Resort 的 C9 房間，進房間時我們已發現房內滿佈昆蟲； 由於當時已是晚上九點多，剛下飛機的我們需用晚膳，但酒店內的餐廳並沒有提供晚餐服務，我們需乘一小時計程車至市區用晚膳。 回來後，我們立即告訴前檯房間滿佈昆蟲的情況，並要求更換房間；但他們沒有回應我們的要求，只向我們提供了「防蚊液」，沒有更換房間給我們。 回房間後，我們便在房間噴灑「防蚊液」；因於「防蚊液」氣味很強烈，我們需離開房間一段長時間直至深夜零晨才能回到房間休息。 當晚深夜，再次回到房間後，我們發現房間內到處滿佈昆蟲屍體，情況恐怖！但由於已經是深夜零晨，我們根本沒有其他地方能前往，唯有在房間待至早上。 由於 Natures Garden Park Resort 情況十分惡劣，我們便立即使用手機上網尋找另一家酒店於第二天轉往入住。 在 Natures Garden Park Resort 的那一晚根本不能休息或正常入睡；房間浴室的情況亦是完全不能接受，浴室同樣滿佈昆蟲加上沒有浴簾，浴室與房間之外的玻璃更是完全透明，因此我們根本不能沐浴。 終於等到第二天的早上，我們打算 check-out 及轉往另一家酒店，怎料一出房間便發現滿地都是蜈蚣，情況極為恐怖。 我們由房間走往 Lobby 的路上全部都是蜈蚣；我們終於在 Lobby check-out 並離開這家恐怖的 Natures Garden Park Resort。 在這家 Natures Garden Park Resort，給我們留下了極為負面的印象。 我們付費入住 Natures Garden Park Resort 四天三夜，最後入住了一個夜晚。

They didn't picked us up from the airport despite confirming the free transportation prior to arriving in Mactan. It's not a problem if we were informed initially that we had to pay a certain amount for airport transfers. We originally booked for 3 days 2 nights and gladly we decided to only stay overnight.
The food lacks because most of the menu is Korean (owned by a Korean no wonder). Though their snacks are good but the breakfast buffet is alright.
They have to improve on cleanliness as there are a lot of worms and the bed sheets are not clean. They also didn't gave us a new tissue papers. Basically the room wasn't ready when we arrived since the housekeeping had to tell them to refill new toiletries. Their room lacks cabinets and their bathroom, a bidet.
The person who brought us to our room was nice though as well as their waiter (which was only one for a medium-sized resort) who served us our snacks.
It's disappointing since the resort is actually beautiful with the pools, their spa and all that including the spa. It's a lazy resort if you want to stay inside and not go somewhere else since it's quite far from everything else.
