我在珀格拉酒店住了6晚,但根本没能好好休息。从星期一开始,我的房间外面和阳台上都有施工,所以每天早上6点半或7点半我就被阳台上机器的噪音和来回走动的人吵醒了。我用不了我的阳台,还不得不扔了布满灰尘的毛巾。 我明白这些工作必须进行,但我不明白为什么为什么管理人员知道这些施工正在进行仍出租这个房间。 除这些之外,工作人员还是很有礼貌和乐于助人的。

酒店非常宜人。工作人员业务精通,非常友好,令人宾至如归。我来马耳他是为了到戈佐岛参加一场婚礼。房间很棒,酒店极其干净。我提前给酒店发过邮件,问房间里是否有洗发水和吹风机,因为我只想带手提行李。他们说有。但是根本没有洗发水。去买一些也不是什么大问题,但是吹风机非常老旧,对我来说根本没用。我从住在酒店附近的朋友那里借了个,否则大概也得买了。总起来说我推荐这家酒店,因为它位置很好,而且干净。

一点都不像4星级酒店。我预定了两间房,两间房的卫生间全都有很恶心的异味,洗脸池的水龙头和浴室的淋浴全都不能正常工作。我们和酒店投诉了,他们帮我们换了一间房,情况稍微好了一些,并被升级到了2楼,居然还收了一点费用?但是升级的房间里还是有异味。早餐都是些基础的东西,每天吃的还都一样(4晚)。

Dear Guest, We are extremely disappointed at being in receipt of your review especially when throughout your stay with us, your well being was followed upon, very meticulously. At our hotel we constantly strive at offering quality, hospitality service, priding ourselves on a high level of housekeeping standard, and hence, your feedback leaves us very much perplexed, most particularly since it is not reminiscent of the overall opinion of our esteemed clients. While we do not believe that we should publicly go into the various aspects mentioned in this review, may we clarify that the bookings for these two separate rooms reached us for Non Balcony Units and a charge became applicable solely because a request for an upgrade to a pool view unit was honoured. Upon check-out, however, on the clients’ insistence that their expectations were not met, as a sign of goodwill, the Duty Manager has waived off the minimal upgrade charge, hence no payment was effected, after all. We very much trust that our feedback will assist our esteemed TripAdvisor Followers in clarifying any particular queries arising from this review, however, should they wish to contact us directly, we remain at their disposal.
