老实说，我等不及要离开这个地方了。我们住在海港的一间单卧室的港景客房里，就411美元价格而言这房间是很糟糕的，它又旧又破又脏。我打电话告诉他们我们的浴室很脏，他们派人打扫，而她只是用一块又脏又湿的抹布擦了下浴室。没有道歉,什么都没有。当我们俯瞰车站时，景色并不是很好，你把头伸到阳台的一角就能看到海港大桥。我们房间里几乎所有的东西都损坏了，这地方需要好好改造一下了。我绝对不会把这个地方推荐给任何人!

Dear Yolanda S, Thank you for your feedback detailing your stay with us. Clearly we have completely missed in a number of areas during your stay. Please accept my sincerest apology for all of the shortfalls you encountered, it is absolutely not the usual standard we pride ourselves on and it is most disheartening to read of your disappointment with your time with us. Since receiving your feedback, we have discussed your experience as a team and no doubt this is an opportunity to make some significant improvements to ensure this is an isolated incident and most definitely not standard. We would also like to inform you that the Hotel will go into a full refurbishment by the end of the year. We would love you to visit us again soon.I do hope you give us another opportunity to look after you again, should you wish to return to our property in the future, could I kindly request that you contact myself directly so that I can ensure we do our utmost to restore your good faith in our hotel and have a memorable stay for all the right reasons. 出色的地理位置，房间确实很旧，装饰有点过时，根本没有维修过。我一定会告诉我们的英国旅行社，把这个酒店从他们的名单上删除。阅读评论中也有说，这家酒店对细节不重视，因为酒店总经理没有关注评论，他对每一篇的评论几乎都是一样的，甚至没有真正尝试个性化服务的这方面。当我们问酒店是否有更好的房间时，酒店告诉我们所有房间都需要翻新!5星级的位置，这是这个酒店唯一的优点。

Dear Tourist63630, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay at the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. I do apologise for your disappointment with the dated decor and maintenance issues you experienced. Here at the Pullman we strive to provide and uphold the quality of service that we Accor carry out through all our properties each in a unique and individual way. We will take all of your feedback on board and hopefully welcome you back so you can notice improvement in this department. We will be undergoing renovations in the New Year to bring the rooms back to match the 5 Star Location we have here in Circular Quay. I do hope you give us another opportunity to look after you again, should you wish to return to our property in the future, could I kindly request that you contact us directly so that I can ensure we do our utmost to restore your good faith in our hotel and have a memorable stay for all the right reasons. 哇。我们非常幸运的得到了房型升级，并且的到了一个景色绝佳的房间。虽然不得不说房间有一点老旧了，但是景色绝对弥补了这一点。位置非常棒，员工是最专业的，特别是门房。但是我并没有给五星，因为我认为房间本身还可以再改善一下。我想可能是这里生意繁忙，所以他们不需要这么做吧。

酒店位置非常方便，附近有齐火车站、渡轮码头等交通工具。我们住的两房海景房间非常寛敞，两间房都设有露台，其中一间更连接住客厅的大露台，可以看到悉尼港湾大桥和全个Circular Quay。最深刻是早上叫完Room Service，在露台边享受海风，边吃著早餐，看着被晨光照得闪令令的海景。

我们住在海边的套房里，很干净，很宽敞，可以看到海港和大桥最美的景色。步行两分钟可以到歌剧院、渡轮码头或火车站。这里有很多咖啡馆、餐馆、酒吧，铂尔曼酒店也有。员工很友好，乐于助人。穿过麦夸里街，可以去到公园和植物园。

Apologies but I have only just seen your question and you may have already travelled here. Always best to ask the hotel directly though as I was a guest and do not know their protocol.
