我们呆在房间里，晚上8点50分到餐厅，一直到晚上9点30分，我们被告知去其它地方，因为那里很忙。我们去了威士忌酒吧，他们告诉我除了有漂亮桌布的桌子，哪儿都可以坐！感觉我们完全不属于这里。华丽的场地，令人愉快的登记入住和房间，但不要在这里用餐，除非你配得上！！！！我们明天要另找地方吃饭。

Dear Tippi L, Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding your experience with the Dining Room and Highlander Bar. I sincerely apologize that you feel unwelcome here at Sir Stamford as this should never be happened to any of our guests. Please be assured that our staff did not intend to make you feel that way and I can guarantee that every staff I have here treats every guest the same way. The only reason we could not seat you in the restaurant would be all seats were full and tables with cloth at the bar were set up for next day High Tea. I am again sorry that our staff did not deliver message in a more attentive way and I have raised the matter with our Food & Beverage Manager to ensure no such misunderstanding recurrence in the future. We are unable to identity you through this channel, I hope you are happy to contact us directly to organise a dinner with us in the near future and I trust that we can redefine your impression for our service. Thanks again and we look forward a chance to welcome you back to Sir Stamford. Kind regards, Jacky Cheung General Manager

整个体验给人留下了深刻的印象。检查很简单，工作人员超级友好和乐于助人。喜欢这家酒店拥有的旧世界风格的魅力。房间宽敞干净。大小适中的浴室也是如此。步行即可到达歌剧院和海外客运站。我们在Highland酒吧享用了非常愉快的晚餐，牛肉汉堡很棒。我们肯定会留在这儿。

基本是全悉尼最好的位置，房间的阳台甚至可以直接看到circular quay，加上非常非常热情、周到的服务，也就是这家酒店了。虽然设置有一点陈旧，却不乏高级感，下次依然会选择这里，也会向朋友推荐。

花了两个晚上庆祝我丈夫60岁生日。我们为我女儿准备了一个相连的房间。可爱的大房间带着旧世界的魅力。他们送了一盘水果和巧克力给我丈夫。中央歌剧院，环形码头和岩石。我们以后肯定还会来这里住。

I believe there is only about 10 floors at most, I think level 9-10 are the nice suites are located, level 8 is the highest you can stay if you want the normal rooms which are lovely as well
