酒店房间、会议室和公共空间都需要升级，老式地毯、床单和毛巾需要好好洗一洗，它们闻起来真的很差劲，让我觉得不舒服。这里的前台工作人员以及酒吧工作人员很友好，早餐还可以。

Dear 817rosam Thank you for your review and appreciate your comments. The linen and towelling is cleaned in a state of the art laundry with ISO accreditation. I will however do some checking based on your feedback. The hotel is undergoing many enhancements which we look to be sharing with you and these include our conference spaces, rooms where the bedding has been replaced and eventually the lobby space. It has been great to tick a few major accomplishments off such as the replacement of our guest lifts. Once again your feedback is greatly appreciated. Regards Carl Forrest General Manager

住在这里是为了出差——房间宽敞方便，有你需要的一切。床很舒服，虽然有些东西看起来有点旧。厕纸架掉下来了，每次我洗澡的时候，浴室的地板都会被淋湿。而且房间也不是很隔音!不过，酒店的服务很棒，气氛很好，餐厅/酒吧区也很好，所以我还是会推荐这里。酒店靠近电车站，很方便。

Hotel offers buffet in the main restaurant and cafe a menu. Nearby there is the Prahran markets and Chapel St has a plethora of cool cafes.
Hi Dougie…..you have an exciting trip to Australia planned!!!
Best way to access the hotel from the Airport is by Taxi of which there are plenty at the International Terminal. IO would also recommend a taxi to the Cruise terminal which is only 5 to10 minutes across Albert park from us. This will be a lot easier to manage your luggage.
If you have time to explore we are on one the majoy tram lines which can take you directly into the City and Arts precincts of Melbourne. Melbourne is famous for its laneways and secret hidden restaurants.....let us know if you need some recommendations so you can eat like a local. .
Definitely call them. They will let you drop bags early as stated already. Probably on an individual basis and availability

Have you thought about storing your baggage at Melbourne airport. They have a luggage storage facility.
