酒店最忙的时候在这住了9晚 - The Karlovy Vary电影节期间。从入住到退房，我感受到了酒店提供的优质服务，工作人员总是面带微笑，热情问候客人，或提供有用的建议。工作人员训练有素，不必多说什么，他们就能明白客人们的需求。酒店本身装修精美，品味非凡，一切相得益彰，仿佛回到了过去的辉煌时期，丝毫不觉过时。大家可能会喜欢酒店美妙的水疗服务，提供了各种护理项目。入住体验很棒，也会向其他人推荐这间酒店。一定会再来的！谢谢大家让我们觉得自己很受欢迎。

住宿很棒，工作人员非常乐于助人，没有任何问题。不幸的是没时间查看酒店所有的水疗和可用设施。酒店的位置也很棒，不是正好在市中心，但步行约5分钟可至。

上次我参观卡罗维瓦里时，是在1992。哇，这里变化太多了。当时我是电影节期间去的，有很多娱乐明星和群众在场。在酒店里，我们做了小鱼足疗。酒店有极佳的位置和服务。

一切都很老旧，必须要升级酒店了，家具很糟糕，浴室毛巾十分差劲，卧室不是很舒服，老旧的床单枕头等等。房间里的辅助设施和电视都很旧，3星级酒店都要比这里好得多。我希望你们能做些改善，否则酒店就要降级，挂上2星或3星了。谢谢你们。

Simultaneously I would like inform you, that the hotel is undregoing the very demanding renovation at thist moment. The hotel Carlsbad Plaza will reopen its doors already on the 25.2.2018. We always give you more to meet a maximum of your wishes and demands! That's why we have prepared the following for our guests: a brand new design of 91 rooms, new extra comfortable mattresses with pocket springs, new unique à la carte restaurant and bar, a new design of the main medical area of the Medical Spa Gallery, In all double rooms and suites, a digital TV with a diagonal of min. 120cm and in all 151 rooms coffee machines for preparing different kinds of coffee and tea. New things also await our guests at the main hotel reception, Spa reception and at the buffet restaurant Sorrento. thank you very much for your question. For the different types of treatments, please have a look at our website.
Depending on what Spa Package you book, you will have a set amount of treatments per week. For example in the Medical package with full board and treatment, you will have 18 treatments per week, which will be suggested by our doctor after a medical examination.
If you should need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our reservation office, we will be glad to help you.
