这家酒店感觉像是苏维埃时代遗留下来的产物。房间很小，空间狭小，非常陈旧，像是80年代的。很失望，不会再来，也不会推荐。它似乎很受机组人员的欢迎，大概是因为航空公司拿到的房价便宜。入口大堂和门厅看起来很舒适，房间非常干净，接待人员非常乐于助人。真可惜这些房间太过时了。事实上，酒店的标准损害了雷迪森酒店的品牌，我在以后预订任何雷迪森酒店时都会三思而后行。我误以为它们是高档品牌。实际上只是三星级的。

不幸的是，旅馆在我们到达前两天取消了预订。我们5个月前就订了这个房间，最后不得不去另一家旅馆，但那一天入住要比我们的预算多花500欧元。所以我们不得不在机场睡觉。旅馆的工作人员刚告诉我，他们帮不了我。

非常好的酒店，位置好，视野好。我们与吵闹的邻居之间有一些矛盾，但幸亏保安人员的专业介入，问题迅速而顺利地解决了。我们在旅馆里享受了健身房、游泳池和桑拿。早餐也很棒。

Dear Ewalds, Firstly I would like to thank you for choosing Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel for your recent stay in Riga and devoting the time to share your experience! I am happy to read that overall you enjoyed your stay with us and are happy with the services that our hotel is providing. However, I would like to apologize for unpleasant experience with noisy neighbors and in the same time very happy that everything was sold out on spot and we could meet your expectations about the standard quality of the service. Your feedback has been shared with the team and we will look into it accordingly, to make sure that this will not happen again. 这里位于里加老城区里超好的位置！有非常好的工作人员，酒店很干净，有漂亮的水疗中心，早餐分年龄段有很不错的选择，水果有多种选择。我一定会再次回来住的。

我是来这里参加一个会议的。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人，但是房间很糟糕，地毯很脏，空调不能正常工作，当我早上洗澡的时候淋浴设施没有热水，SPA也关闭了没有营业。然而，工作人员安排我可以进入一个免费的房间洗澡。但总的来说，不是一次愉快的经历。

I am pleased to read that you have experienced professionalism and friendliness of our team members and our efforts pays off. However, please accept our apologies for not quite meet your expectations regarding general conditions of the room, unappropriate temperature in the room and unpleasant experience and issue with shower use. Your review gives us an opportunity to improve our service to make your next time in our hotel more pleasant. Please be informed that all information will be forwarded to the related departments for improvements. Please contact me personally when you nest time are planning to come to Radisosn Blu Daugava hotel and we would like to compensate with room upgrade and other benefits due to previouse stay experience and will provide the service that you expected and should have received. The best rate we could offer at the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel for the requested period May 4-20,2021 – 150.00 EUR per room per night. The above rate is inclusive of breakfast, VAT, unlimited access to hotel fitness center with indoor swimming pool and sauna, free WIFI.'' Henriqueindo: The delay in answering was not them - as I mentioned I am not the person to speak to on specific issues, I just comment as a Reader/User - thus, I checked only the other day as all things here are closed due to the Government's decision, thus I too spend less, if any time on tripadvisor which I frequent just for fun!
