首先我要说的是，当我们要度假的时候，这里肯定会是我和我未婚妻的约会地点。从我到那里的那一刻，到离开的那一刻，FREDDY和那里的工作人员都很乐于助人，他们知道我和她的特别之日，因此还在我们漂亮的套间里，竭尽全力为我和她留下了特别的装饰。他们真的很照顾我们！10分/10分。肯定会回来的，为了优秀的客户服务和清洁

住得太开心了？！有可疑的人在酒店外面站了一整天。当我们在等车库电梯时，有人试图打开入口门。没有房卡是绝对进不了房间。房间很宽敞，但一点不干净。地板需要吸吸尘。冰箱的噪声在入住期间响个不停。办理入住手续时花了很长时间，因为职员登记时出了一些问题。

我已经有7天没有电视了，即使每天打电话到前台。洗衣房是免费的，非常非常奇怪。没有游泳池。在加利福尼亚！前厅的工作人员都很粗鲁，旅馆破旧，房间的地毯很脏，我房间的窗户上到处都是臭虫——在里面——这不是一件令人愉快的经历！

We apologize for the inconvenience you incurred with the television, our service provider has certainly not providing excellent service to our guests, which in turn affects our guests' experience at the hotel, we have had technicians come out to review and a proposal is being done in order to ensure that this does not happen in the future. We're sorry you did not enjoy our therapy pool, our guest laundry is complimentary for our guests' and glad you were able to utilize it. We're sorry that you encountered issues with the state of the rooms, our preventative maintenance system will be reviewed to see what changes are necessary.

我们在2017年2月在这里住了4晚。住的第一晚没有热水，但我们还是接着住了。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人，因为没有热水他们退还了我们第一晚的费用。床很舒服，房间很干净。我们是通过猫途鹰订的房，性价比不错。

Thank you for your review, we apologize that you experienced issues with your hot water during your stay, there were issues with one of our water heaters that day, the issue has been corrected, and unfortunately issues like this will come up from time to time.
