这是我们第二次来到普拉圣西亚酒店，从2015年的3月21日到28日。我们第一次来这里旅行是4年之前。这个酒店并没有维持好和上次入住一样的标准，但这是需要维持的，有一个早上我们房间没有水，但是似乎没有人意识到了。他们在广告上自吹，但是他们在早上7点前甚至没准备好一杯咖啡，大部分人在7点前离开码头。我们两次都被延误了半小时因为他们没有及时准备好我们的午饭。客人不再是他们服务的第一个对象。他们似乎更专注于他们的代理商。多么可惜这曾是一个这么好的度假胜地。

Thank you for taking the time to advise on your experience you had at Robert's Grove. It is only through feedback we are able to maintain and where necessary improve in areas that will make the stay of our guests enjoyable. You'll be happy to know that we've done some recent renovations to the property based on feedback given from our guests. I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to meet your expectations when you do decide to travel to this area again.

我们旅行了2500米，必须要在游泳池游泳，因为沙滩不可以使用！我们在那里的一切时间，腐烂恶臭的海藻覆盖着海滩。他们告诉我们，那是季节性的现象，会持续大概一个月。在你走之前，确保要检查！！！

Hi Steve, sorry you didn't get to enjoy your stay due the the sargassum. Indeed it's a challenge for us in Belize as well as parts in the Caribbean and Mexico. We're doing our best as a community to take care of the sargassum. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

这个和奥兰多的浮潜丝路小岛以及猴子河都是非常完美的地方，值得依赖。导游非常的专业，当地的食物很好吃，周围的环境也很美丽。酒店的员工非常的热情友好，包括Casar还有Robert，一个非常友好的私人司机，总是面带微笑，而且还会帮我喷防虫喷雾。我们还问附近是否有商店，他马上就打电话给女儿叫她帮忙。我希望经理可以知道这些员工都有多么的完美。谢谢你们。

我们在 Marina 酒吧等了很长时间才拿到饮料。在营业时间，我们还去了码头酒吧，这里没有提供服务。酒吧的主人不认真工作，一个小时后才出来。泳池没有加热，太凉了，不能游泳。设施陈旧，但很干净。清洁人员真的很好，很尽职尽责。

Thank you for your constructive criticism but I feel I must respond to a couple of your comments. I have taken your comment of slow service seriously and am addressing that issue so it doesn't occur again. I would like to say though that it is unfair for you to say the pier bar bartender was "goofing off" somewhere without knowing that to be true. There could have been a myriad of reasons we were understaffed that day which does not mean that there was intent on behalf of our staff to arrive to the pier bar late. Still, I apologize for the inconvenience you endured. Also, there is not a resort on the peninsula that has a heated pool as this is the tropics and with an average temp of 79F, a heated pool has never been a request at the resort. Thank you again for your comments.
