酒店十分典雅，客房宽敞舒适。机场来回的交通安排得很好。令人印象深刻的是酒店自助早餐有多种选择。我们在去桑给巴尔的路上在这里住宿，以后还会再来。

中途在那里住过2天、住在海景房间，酒店很好,工作人员非常专业，宽敞的房间,非常现代的酒店，它本身有一个非常漂亮的花园咖啡馆，还有一个极好的屋顶酒吧，可以俯瞰大海,如果你要住在达累斯萨拉姆，十分推荐这里。

床单和枕头都有污迹，墙也很脏，经理根本没有检查一下房间。老旧的黄色塑料马桶盖子污迹斑斑，根本没有经过好好清洗，客房打扫服务简直极其糟糕。早餐和晚餐的时候也没有在外面提供桌子给吸烟者。吸烟者可是跟大家花的同样多的钱啊！会员资格在这里也毫无意义，熨斗坏了，没有水盖子和蒸汽按钮，肮脏的熨斗弄脏了我的两件白色衬衣！住在这里竟然还花费了200美元！真的千万不要住这里，请尽量避开，不要为了糟糕的一夜浪费你的240美元！

Dear Companion41610007578, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. All your comments are essential to educating our staff about good and bad service. It is with great concern and regret we receive your feedback outlining the concerns you had raised in your feedback. I would like to personally apologize for the bad experience. Please note that your concerns have been passed on to our housekeeping department head who will investigate the matter in depth and work to introduce improvements. We are committed in ensuring that such a situation does not occur again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, it will certainly assist us in ensuring that we focus our training efforts in these area. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding smoking area for smokers in the restaurants. It is correct that all indoor areas of the hotel are designated as non - smoking. Areas where smoking is permitted in the hotel are the outdoor rooftop terrace on Level 8, The Flame Tree Lounge Terrace and at the swimming pool. We do apologise if this has negatively impacted your stay with us, however we are not in a position to change this situation. I do hope we have an opportunity to welcome you back again in the near future. Once again please do accept my most sincere apologies. With kind regards, Garry Friend

这里的装修的设计和设施给我留下了非常深刻的印象。是很好的CBD会议地点，但是距离马萨奇、外籍办公人员还有新办公楼区域有点远。这里完全符合商业中心的需要。

凯宾斯基吉力马扎罗酒店是一家安全的现代化酒店，坐落于城中交通非常便捷的地方，也非常便于游客乘船到其他地方游玩。员工都非常能干且友好，在一开始打招呼你的时候就会询问你的名字。退房的时候他们给了我一段额外的宽限时间。楼下餐厅的早餐和晚餐都很好吃。健身的场地足够宽敞，可以俯瞰同一层那个一眼望不到边际的游泳池。在顶楼，户外酒吧提供了壮观的街道生活景观和水路通商景观的视野。我觉得这是一个会见业界同行的好地方。房间很现代化，尤其是浴室。我觉得很有安全感。没有什么可抱怨的地方。很棒的酒店。我会再来的。

My room was TZX 406,525. which is equivalent to a daily rate of about USD 175
The hotel does not offer shuttle services. However, you can book for a tax, in advance,i through the hotel @ USD 50.
Yes - if you ask them when you book/ a day or two before check out.
