酒店员工很友善且专业。到处都很干净且打理得很好。客房和浴室都很大且舒适。酒店所在的区域充满绿色，遍布植物。这里的食物，尤其是晚餐，最好要改善一下--除了自助餐外，他们的量都不够多，而且都很贵。不过早餐挺好的（自助餐）。酒店也提供无麸质面包。这座酒店坐落于维多利亚瀑布景区，步行可至瀑布。如果你想在维多利亚瀑布景区带几天的话，我强烈推荐这家酒店。

我们3对情侣在这里住了3个晚上。这里的地理位置十分优越，距市中心仅1.3千米，步行就可以轻松抵达这个可爱而隐蔽的地方。酒店的庭院，花园和游泳池都很不错且很安静。房间宽敞干净，但由于津巴布韦的电是定量配给，所以有时会停电，此时电吹风和空调就无法使用了。酒店的服务十分出色，服务态度非常友好，食物也很美味。如果你在维多利亚瀑布附近玩，我们强烈建议你来这里住。

Good afternoon Fabio,
We have had many dairy free guests come through the lodge in the past and our restaurant is more than able to to cater for your intolerance as long as we are aware of it in advance. Some of the menu items, like the soups for example, are made with a coconut milk base rather than a dairy milk base to ensure that our dairy free or vegan guests are able to eat them. And many of the other dishes do not contain dairy, or can be prepared using a dairy alternative .
Please be sure to tell us your dietary requirements when you make the booking so that we can make sure there are no mix ups when you stay with us.

Hi, you can definitely do that through the Lodge. I would email them or arrange it when you are there. There are a number of options available. Enjoy!
