Is the "next building" the second building that is also part of the hotel? If so, your best bet is to ask them what is going on over there. It could be a wedding reception, conference, etc.
If it's coming from the church (which is a way away but no building between it and the hotel), it could have been the Timkat celebrations.

Generally we return back washed clothes on the same day and if you request for express laundry it only takes three hours with a double charge,
