我在香巴拉酒店玩得很开心。我在有山景的房间里住了13个晚上。食物很好吃，有很多选择。服务很好。尤其是Anita，她在餐厅每天早上都会为我服务。她人很好，很乐于助人，非常细心。我很快就会再来的，谢谢香巴拉酒店的全体员工。

2019年5月29日，我和家人在这间酒店住了2个晚上。酒店远离市场。优点:员工很友好，早餐丰盛，房间很干净，有一个很大的游泳池，太棒了。缺点:房间很小。我们住的那个房间，水槽好像被一些脏东西堵住了。总体来说还可以。

We have gladly noted your kind compliment towards the Hotel, Staff, breakfast, room and infinity pool. We have rooms with different size and categories where our suite and Twin rooms have spacious interior. We would like to extend our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused due to sink below areas not being tidy as per our Hotel standard and same information has been forwarded to the respective department for further investigation and improvement. Thank you so much for bringing the issues in our attention and lettings us an opportunity to improvise our lapses. We assure that such issues will not be repeated again hereafter. Thank you so much for your query. Our infinity pool is not heated. The temperature now a days is rising up so this is the best time to visit us for pool and varieties of premium drinks with spectacular views of city and mountains.

We do have safety box in all rooms.
We do serve buffet dinner if the group is above than 20 pax or else you can order it from our wide range of Ala Carte menu.
The food we serve is halal certified.
The Infinity swimming pool water is normal temperature and is not heated.
Nepalese, Thai, Chinese cuisine restaurants and a shopping Mall is near by in walking distance.
Our cloud 9 restaurant is first choice of every travelers and guests who visit us.
