En un país con costumbres de comidas tan diferentes al mundo occidental reservar en un hotel 4 estrellas e incluyendo desayuno y te dan un crédito en un Starbuck ya que no tienen bufet o salon de desayuno es frustrante, deberían. Multarlos por no decirlo claramente.

The impolite reception staff definitely need more training. It seems like they are not aware they are in the hospitality business. A very disturbing odor in the room probably due to the furniture formaldehyde and if true, it is harmful to breath in! I really like everything else about this hotel but my stay this time was really a big turndown.

Clean and Modern Hotel! It is 1 min walk to the Shandao Temple MRT, 1 min walk to McDonald’s that’s 24 hours, 1 min walk to 7-11 and various local breakfast and lunch store within 1-5 mins walk away. I think the location is fantastic, it is 1 station away from Taipei Main Station if you are taking a train to and back to the Airport. 2-7stations away from major tourist stops (Ximending, Xinyi, Taipei 101 etc). Hotel room wise, it’s large for 2 person with a bath tub, a separate standing shower and a toilet. Rooms are kept extremely clean with basic toilet amenities. There’s even a full ceiling window with automated curtain. The hotel does not have a restaurant, for breakfast, they offer 315NTD credit per day to be used at the Starbucks located within the hotel. There’s fresh pastries for breakfast. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here 👍🏻…

We (3) stayed at Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in mid March. The hotel is near MRT Shamdao Temple station. The room is well decorated. The beds were soft. The staff were friendly and helpful. The starbucks is in the hotel. The fitness room has good equipments.

Stayed for a couple of nights last weekend, and overall, this is a great hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with plenty of universal power outlets and USB ports all over the place. The lobby has a lot of varied places to relax, and is quite comfortable. In addition, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available for FREE self-service use (yes, that includes detergent) from early in the morning until 10pm. The hotel is located literally right around the corner from the Metro entrance, a 24 hour convenience store, a good sized supermarket. and a couple of Michelin recognized restaurants (Fu Hang Soy Milk and MoonMoon Food) that are absolutely worth trying. Breakfast is handled in an interesting way. Since there is no restaurant in the facility, the hotel provides you with Starbucks credit for the store on the first floor, which can be used for any fresh food item and/or drinks. Upon check-in, you are provided with your entire allotment of Starbucks daily credit in the form of points that are used via a hotel app, that produces a QR payment code for the in-facility Starbucks on your smartphone. This is extremely beneficial, because you are not limited to breakfast time to use the points. You can grab dessert at night, or stop in for a tea break. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to enjoy breakfast at Fu Hang soy milk without having wasted money on an uneaten breakfast at the hotel. Will definitely repeat! …
