位置很方便，附近有商场，早餐很丰富，服务人员很友好，解决问题效率很高。对房间清洁有怀疑，因为经常在床单上还有床头柜上发现小虫子，爬到我的手机或者耳机上，就这一点不太满意，希望能够改进

客房大致满意，除了雪柜有漏水外。另外因房间不准吸烟，但酒店只有大堂门口一个吸烟区，过份挤迫，并没有坐位设施。

First and foremost, thank you for having taken the time to provide your feedback following your recent stay with us and we are disappointed to learn from you as many areas shall have immediately been improved to ensure the standards of services rendered will surely be resumed meeting guest's aspect. 这是一间我和家人第一次入住的酒店, 但给我的印象是非常之好，酒店大堂不算很大，不过很简洁和职员非常有礼貌，酒店房间很大和清洁。 酒店在On Null BTS隔离，有天桥相连，去其他地方也方便，就算下雨也不用出户外便可以行去隔离商场、BTS。
