这次来曼谷最主要是要去四面佛还愿 阿诺玛饭店走去四面佛只要5分钟的位置非常方便旁边也有很多大卖场跟购物中心

We are very glad that we have been able to make your stay enjoyable and hope that you will stay with us again – and that I shall have the pleasure of meeting you on your next visit. As you will have seen, our location is superb – right in the middle of the best selection of Shopping in all of Bangkok. We are in the process of testing a few renovated mock up rooms before embarking on a larger scale renovation in the near future and we look forward to keep all our many regular guests informed of the progress accordingly. I do hope that you will stay with us again and be able to enjoy our completely reborn Hotel as well as its unrivalled location. 交通位置很方便，大厅也还蛮宽敞的，就是感觉比较旧了一点，但是这样的价钱，目前也还可以接受。

我住在一套两室一厅的套房里。首先，酒店的位置非常好，就在大C旁边，中央世界对面，步行几分钟就可以到达白金时尚购物中心和暹罗百丽宫地铁站。这样方便的酒店并不多。其次，工作人员对客人非常有帮助。每天早上，当你去吃早餐时，他们会迎接你，他们会帮你扶电梯门，特别是在行政酒廊，那里的女士帮我们从机器上拿饮料。客房管理人员很注意我们的要求。最后是酒店本身。一楼看起来比较现代。然而，当你走向你的房间和走出电梯，你可以看到，酒店已经很明显地老了。灯光是淡黄色的，装饰过时了，房间有一种老旧的感觉。话虽如此，它可能是旧了，但房间很干净，电视是平板电视，床上用品和床单干净舒适。每个房间都提供洗漱用品。然而，你住的楼层越高，你就越不可能有邻居。在我们入住期间，周围的人很有限，使得走廊变得非常安静。总的来说，一个非常满意的住宿，肯定会向别人推荐这家酒店。没有多拍酒店的照片:(

这家旅馆很旧，但就在旅游景点的正中央。我喜欢去密西中心，酒店离阿诺玛只有几步之遥。但是服务不太好，早餐也不怎么样，员工动作慢而且不专心，酒店本身已经过时了，但我就在这里住几天而已，我可以应付。

Dear Nik9000, Thank you for posting your Review on Tripadvisor regarding your recent stay with us. I have noted the areas where we have failed to meet your expectations and your comments have been passed to the relevant Department Heads to discuss with their Teams to ensure improvement. We have recently completed a major modernization programme for all Public Areas and have just started with the Guest Rooms – all Guest Rooms have so far been equipped with new mattresses and new, state of the art Television sets. We are also investing heavily in Team Training and Service Delivery Levels as well. Our location, right in the centre of Bangkok’s best selection of Shopping is superb, and we try to offer affordable prices. We try hard to ensure that our Guests enjoy their stays with us. I hope very much that you will pay us another visit later this year or next and hope that I shall have the opportunity to meet you. Please do contact me direct on nunnicha@arnoma.com when planning any future visit to Bangkok. 酒店紧邻Big C超市和购物中心，在中央世界百货中心对面，步行10分钟即可到达白金商场。房间有点旧了。淋浴也不能正常使用，只允许3台设备连接Wi-Fi，网络传输也不太好。必须改善这些地方，因为有很多商务旅客住在阿诺玛酒店。

Yes they do have smoking room. You need to ask for it first. If you get caught smoking in a non smoking room , you will get a big fat bill fit it. So do ask for smoking room in advance .
