Is a good sleeping place. However. Needs attention all round. Showers / rooms passages all outdated and urgently need painting and clean to look modern .however Food good. Cost good. Parking ON SITE ample communication with staff can be handled with sign and pointing as little English is spoken. wifi not free when I stayed there 150 /24 h has also a restaurant across the road if you want to eat other food. Has a onsite snack bar downstairs near but far enough for everything LEFT SIDE GROUND AND 1 st floor HAS A DISCO NEXT DOOR (2am) which can be bothering if early SLEEP is required right side to be requested

We were brought to this hotel from a different hostel nearby due to overbooking (scam?!). The room was filthy and old. We are backpackers and we've stayed in all kinds of places before but this was close to being too much. However, by the time the other hostel brought us here, we adjust arrived in Chiang Mai, it was dark and we had no idea where we were in the city, so we took the room. There was thick dust on the fan cord on the ceiling and in the corners. The bathroom was filled with rust, dust and water that had leaked from the tap and had likely been sitting there for many many days. We did not try and have anything changed by the staff as we don't speak Thai and they don't speak English. Surprisingly though, we had some of the most consistent hot water we've had in SEA and beds were comfortable enough. I'm sure there are much better options in Chiang Mai for the same price (350B per night). Overall, just keep looking.

Dirty filthy room. Used earplugs and chewing gum under the blanket. Plumbing in bathroom leaking 'fixed' with a piece of bike inner tube.dust everywhere, filthy fan. Filthy walls. Service from the young lady was cold. No smiles and she made you feel like you were a massive inconvenience to her. Her mother was very kind and welcoming along with the young guy. Food was OK.
