接待員Quynhh是我遇過最棒的，貼心服務，協助我們解決很多事情。
飯店地點很好，一切都很舒適。如果你來到河內，這間飯店排第二名的話，沒有一間可以說是第一名。
The receptionist Quynhh is the best I have ever met. She is attentive and helped us solve many things.
The hotel is in a great location and everything is comfortable. If you come to Hanoi and this hotel is ranked second, there is no one that can be said to be first.

我们在2025年1月在河内住了3晚，发现这是开始我们在越南住宿的完美酒店。位置很棒 - 在老城区的边缘，步行即可到达法国区和湖泊。酒店的入口很简单，可以被街屏遮蔽。但您将步入一个不同的世界，大堂通融，员工亲切，泳池漂亮，11楼用餐很棒。房间干净宽敞，床很舒服。早餐是包括和广泛和美味。我知道这一切似乎有点过分，但它真的是一个很好的经验，和一个很好的价值。

There is sun loungers but the area is very shaded and the pool is heated, so it’s more of an evening dip to relax after a walk around the town
