服务非常热情，给人放松的感觉。环境优雅舒适，整体给人有真正在渡假的感觉，饭店位置也是优点之一，周围生活机能非常方便，早餐非常精致美味，谢谢。

I have stayed in so many Park Hyatt hotels, this is the worst in so many ways. This is not a Hyatt hotel, it is just a old hotel that u have no other choice in the city. Checked in yesterday, used pool and went to lobby lounge, see my experience: when I walk in to the pool area, the staff just handed me a towel and that’s it, no one ever come back again, when I stayed in rosewood or four seasons etc, the pool staff will always ask or provide the followings, 1. umbrella open or close? 2. Provide water or tell u where is the water. 3. Ask u what u like to order and provide menu....And here you got nothing! I have to asked the same staff come back and show him that I don’t have a coffee table on both side (apparently he doesn’t care to notice).....this the Park Hyatt service? It is a joke, the Management team should go out and understand what is PH and what is Luxury is Personal, this is not just a slogan! Again lobby lounge, the staff talked to me is very arrogant，she seemed is a manager, i guess arrogant is the staff understands the brand tone. I didn’t sit down, I rather spend my money to other place who has warm attitude. Do not come to this hotel unless you have to. Disappointed. 西贡是没有什么好酒店，但也不要来这家，完全没有服务，高傲冷么自大，这是我感受下来的态度，同样是柏悦，曼谷柏悦，悉尼柏悦的服务态度要好太多了，老也就算了，破也就算了，服务态度还不好，就感觉你求着他们要住进来一样。…

We are truly sorry that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been. We appreciate all critiques as it greatly assists us in our commitment to constant improvement. In regards to your concern about the unpleasant service at our pool and lobby lounge, I am aware of the situation and will take actions to improve staff skills as well as demeanour. 这家酒店地处西贡，具有典型的法国殖民时期的越南建筑风格，高雅精致，游泳池很大，广场非常漂亮。酒店的工作人员彬彬有礼，卧室内设施齐全。酒吧和咖啡厅的内部环境很好，食物非常美味，红酒的种类很多。到了下午，酒店有一项独特的服务，为每个房间的住客提供茶饮和鸡尾酒。这真是棒极了！

在过去的两年里，我已经在柏悦酒店住了6次，并且我已经发布了一篇关于这家酒店的评论。我决定根据我在西贡PH . Saigon的集体经验再发表一篇评论。西贡酒店在越南这样的穷国经营一家世界级的酒店，应该受到称赞。工作人员训练有素。这里的食物非常特别，与Square One和Opera餐厅的风格非常一致。服务总是无懈可击，重要的是，当事情没有按计划进行时，管理层会听取客户的反馈来解决问题。酒店很赞，大家都超棒。
